It’s safe to say this girl did not expect the reaction she received when she uploaded this selfie of herself.

The problem with the photo? It’s taken at Auschwitz Concentration Camp.

The tweet is actually from last month, but has begun to gain a lot of attention since then, with many people condemning the girl’s photo as inappropriate and disrespectful.

The girl in question, Breanna, then explained that she was happy about the trip as it was one she meant to take with her dad, but he passed away before they made it.

It seems the girl now regrets her tweet, and all of the trouble it caused for many people. 

Do you think the tweet was just an honest mistake or downright wrong? Either way, we're sure she'll think twice about tweeting in the future!

Dublin’s seagulls have been getting a very bad rep for themselves lately, and now Irish singer Bressie has declared war on them!

It seems The Voice Ireland judge was at the mercy of some feisty gulls while out training for his triathlon yesterday.

“The sea gulls got me. We are in a war people,” the singer tweeted last night, with a snap of a pretty nasty head wound.

“Day before triathlon and split head. Good start,” he added.

Poor Bressie!

Bressie’s gull bashing comes after a Fianna Fail senator called on the Government to take action against “raucous” seagulls that are attacking young children.

Ned O’Sullivan said seagulls have “lost the run of themselves” in Dublin City and are even taking lollipops from children.

We wonder if there’s such a thing as Anger Management classes for birds…

Oranges is the New Black star Jason Biggs, is getting a lot of backlash from fans, after he tweeted a pretty insensitive joke about the Malaysia Airlines crash this evening.

Soon after the news broke that Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 had crashed in Ukraine, Jason was quick to post a tweet about his “frequent flier miles”.

His followers did not find this amusing though. As Jason soon received numerous messages from Twitter followers claiming his joke was “too soon” and “not funny”.

But Biggs isn’t backing down, and was quick to reply to the abusive tweets and said his followers who didn’t get his sense of humour were “losers”.

We all know how disappointing it can be when our favourite acts cancel, but to send abuse to replacement acts is definitely uncalled for.

But that’s what poor Lily Allen had to put up with this afternoon, when she revealed that she would be replacing Two Door Cinema Club at the Latitude Festival.

Lily Allen saved the day for festival organizers, when the band was unfortunately forced to cancel due to singer Alex Trimble being hospitalised with a chronic stomach complaint.

Despite this, the singer still received plenty of abusive messages from fans, saying that she wasn’t suitable for the festival.

But Lily being Lily was quick to respond to the angry fans and said that she understood they were disappointed, but it didn’t “warrant abuse”.

If there is one thing celebrities shouldn’t really get involved in –  its politics.

However that’s what happened to the Rude Boy singer this evening, when she accidently sent a tweet about the Middle East conflict.

RiRi tweeted the hashtag #freepalestine shortly after the proposed cease fire in the conflict fell through.

One source said that the tweet was a complete accident and RiRi didn’t realise she had even sent the controversial message “…until she started hearing from her fans.”

The source says Rihanna was reading about the Middle East conflict online when she clicked a link by accident.

Apparently Rihanna is neither pro-Palestine or pro-Israel … “she is pro-peace,” saying, “She doesn’t want innocent people dying.”

Hmmm, makes sense but Rihanna definitely needs to be more careful with what she tweets in future.

It’s official – Cheryl Cole is no more!

The popstar has changed her name to Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, her spokesperson confirmed earlier to MailOnline.

The news comes not long after Cheryl removed her former surname from her Twitter account, sparking rumours she was taking on her husband’s surname.

It has been reported that Cheryl and Jean-Bernard celebrated their wedding in Mustique, in a luxury resort called Cotton House.

Congratulations, Cheryl! You deserve every happiness.

We look forward to seeing Cheryl Fernandez-Versisi on the upcoming season of The X Factor!

Cheryl announced yesterday that she had married her boyfriend, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini’s.

But if that wasn’t enough, it looks like the singer might be taking on her husband’s name officially.

Cheryl hinted earlier today that she may be taking on her husband’s name, after dropping “Cole” from her Twitter account handle.

The 31-year-old raised speculation that she was changing her surname, when she redirected her followers from her old account to her new one on @CherylOfficial.

Cheryl who formerly had the surname of Tweedy, took on Cole from her first marriage to footballer Ashley.

But it seems the Crazy Stupid Love singer really wants to end her ties with the past, as her previous Twitter handle has now been cleared completely of pictures and posts.

The tweet remaining on that account, was the one redirecting her followers to her new handle: “If you would like to follow Cheryl please visit @Cherylofficial.”

Cheryl also tweeted from her new official Twitter account this afternoon, thanking her followers for their kind messages.

So could Cheryl Cole become Cheryl Fernandez-Versini’s? We’ll just have to wait and see.

Cara Delevingne has finally broken her silence on the Michelle Rodriguez and Zac Efron situation with some not-so-nice tweets!

The model is obviously far from happy about the stories going around and has taken to her Twitter account to voice her disgust at rumours: “Still more press poop spilling out their asses/mouths! Must be a case of journalist diarrhoea at the moment.”

She continued to voice her displeasure at the media’s coverage of the love triangle by writing: “Dear journalists, there is so many more important things going on in the world. You effect what people read. Have some respect for your jobs.”

Well this is weird.

We’re all for sibling closeness and all, but this?

Khloé and Rob Kardashian have taken their joke flirting slightly too far with these latest tweets.

Rob, who also caused some controversy over Twitter last week with claims he had a son, tweeted about his sister: “@khloekardashian: @robkardashian stop sexting me please” please woman. You wish I was.”

Yikes! The relaity star then took things a step further and included his little sister, Kylie, in on the strange tweeets, writing: “Wow @khloekardashian is texting me telling me she wants me and @kyliejenner is scratching my back with her feet. LET MY PEOPLE GO!”

At least it’s good to see that Rob is getting on well with his family and his troubles seem to be behind him we guess!
