The devil works hard, but Ryan Murphy works harder. The creator of the show is gearing up to launch another season of our favourite macabre show, and we can't contain our delight.

The excitement is brewing for American Horror Story season 9, following the brilliant crossover season which saw Murder House characters meet Coven characters.

Season 10 has been announced for September 2020, so there's that to look forward to. The title of series nine is 1984, as released via the show's Instagram.

The slo-mo trailer shows a woman being chased through the woods by a blade-wielding aggressor, set to Billie Eilish's creepy song Six Feet Under. We're reaching for our night lights already.

Deadline now claims that Paulson will appear in a guest role, similarly to her role as medium Billie Dean Howard in the Murder House season. Thank the Lord for that/

The actress scored a lead role in Ryan Murphy's Netflix series Ratched, so we're assuming she's far too busy for another headline slot. Fellow original star Evan Peters is sitting season nine out.

The main cast list for the season has been confirmed via teaser footage on Instagram, and the 1980s vibes are oh so real.

Emma Roberts is back with a bang, having appeared in Coven, Freak Show, Cult, Apocalypse and Ryan Murphy's other series Scream Queens.

Cody Fern is back for a new role, after his stint in Murphy's Versace season of American Crime Story. The Anti-Christ from the Apocalypse is sure to bring his talent.

Leslie Grossman will also appear in season nine, having shown up  in the Murphy series Popular. How prolific is Ryan Murphy, does he ever take days off?

John Carroll Lunch, who played Twisty the Clown in Freak Show and Cult and serial killer John Wayne Gacey in Hotel, has a haunting new role in S9.

Zach Villa is also appearing in the ninth series, and DeRon Horton (Dear White People) has also joined the AHS cast for the first time.

The only actors who have been in every season of  American Horror Story are Sarah Paulson and Evan Peters, but Lily Rabe and Frances Conroy have only missed one season.

The icon that is Jessica Lange could also make a guest appearance, and the latest season added Hollywood legend Joan Collins to the cast. What long-term stars could show up next?

1984 is set in a summer camp, with the Coven crew appearing in a future season of the show but not series 9. Bring on September 19, we can't wait much longer.

At a time where we can easily replicate animal skins and furs without harming animals, the question still lingers as to why high-end fashion brands would choose to contribute to a cruel industry like fur farming. 

Luckily, it seems that the tides of change are turning, with brands like Gucci and Michael Kors recently pledging to ditch fur. 

Now, haute couture house Versace is following suit. 

Today, head designer Donatella Versace announced that the coveted brand is losing their misguided love of fur, and is going fur free. 

Speaking in an interview, she said: 'Fur? I am out of that.

'I don’t want to kill animals to make fashion. It doesn’t feel right,' she told The Economist's 1843magazine.

Previously, Versace has included fur in many of its high-end designs. 

'I think it’s the responsibility of a designer to try to break rules and cross barriers,' Donatella said, in a previous Instagram caption. 

Here's to a more ethical future for the fashion brand.

We have to give credit to Michelle Obama. For her eight years as the First Lady, she's kept the style stakes high in the White House.

But her latest look is so dreamy, you're going to want to wear it to your next ball, wedding, engagement, party, hey, we'd even wear it á la Friends style like Monica, Rachel and Phoebe.

The FLOTUS stepped out in Italy last night to attend her final state dinner, and she obviously stole the show.

She wore a rose-gold Atelier Versace gown, with a structured bodice and flowing train, and let's just say she's set the bar high for all future women of the White House.

And can we just take a moment to appreciate her hotness?

We'll miss you being FLOTUS, Michelle.

Jennifer Garner's black Versace gown at this year's Academy Awards was totally breathtaking – in more ways than one.

Speaking to Jimmy Fallon this week, the newly divorced star admitted that the strapless corseted dress was pretty horrific to wear.

"It's so intense," she said of the process of getting fitted into a custom-made gown.

"This was Versace, and they made it just for me. What they do is they move your organs around," she joked, before explaining what really went down.

"There are basically two men who come in with screwguns, and they screwed me into a metal corset – this isn't true, but it was a metal corset and it did take two Italian people. The next thing you know, my ribs were compressed.

"There's metal inside and these people just kind of move your ribs and they move your liver out of the side and they pop you in. To keep you in place, you step into a bodysuit first, which is like the bottom of a leotard, but it's a thong."

But it was during the Oscars ceremony itself that poor Jen really began to suffer, with pains in her ribs and muscle spasms – and had to rope one of her best friends in to help.

"I said, 'I'm going to have to stand up. I can't breathe. I'm going to have to stand up.'

"And she said, 'If you stand up, they'll think you're Kanye West. They're going to think you're protesting. You can't stand up! You have to sit down.' We're laughing, and that makes it worse."

After eventually making it to the bathroom during an ad break, Jennifer described the stress of actually trying to get out of the gown to do her thing on the loo.

"The connection of the bodysuit, because it had a hook and eye situation, was in an intimate position. I was like, in my vageen, OK?!

"I couldn't reach it, you know what I'm saying? So, I said to my friend, 'I don't know what's going to happen, but I think you've got to get this.' I couldn't reach it.

"She's a good friend. She said, 'If this has to be done, it has to be done, but listen: I want you to give it a good college try.'"

"Eventually it worked out, and I'm going to get those ribs removed anyway."

What an ordeal – she's some trooper!

We are humbled to see that not even the top supermodels in the world are immune to the odd outfit mishap. 

This will make accidently flashing our behind to an entire room full of people last Saturday night feel marginally better. 

Gigi was walking in the Versace AW 16 show when she had a bit of a nip slip out of a low-cut dress. 

Walking alongside pals Kendall Jenner and Karlie Kloss, it seems that the notoriously slinky designs of Donatella Versace have zero support when it comes to keeping our precious ladybits in check. 

However, the 20-year-old is totally okay with the internet perusing her nipples and took to Twitter to salvage the situation. 

"Wardrobe malfunctions happen on the runway everyday of fw & are… unfortunate," tweeted the star. 

"But let's talk instead about the new VERSACE CHOKERS." 

A total pro. 

So yeah, nothing to see here people. Move along.

Untouched images of Lady Gaga’s ad campaign for Versace have been leaked online.

We all know that models and celebs are airbrushed and perfected for magazine – but it’s still an important message for women to realise this.

The campaign is for Versace’s spring 2014 collection and features a blonde Gaga surrounded by designer bags.

The untouched images are significantly different to the airbrushed, though we still think Gaga looks lovely.

Just as with the untouched images of Lena Dunham in Vogue, this proves we don’t need airbrush and the fashion industry should try to encourage natural beauty.
