Let's not beat around the bush here.

In addition to 'necking on', getting 'mortal' and starting fights with each other, the members of the Geordie Shore cast all appear to have fairly high sex drives which they have no problem satisfying in front of an eager camera crew and an even more eager audience at home, right?

No, oh-so-wrong, apparently!

It came as a bit of a surprise in recent days when former cast member, Vicky Pattison, asserted that nothing could be further from the truth, in fact.

Speaking specifically for herself, the 27-year-old reality TV star, who had a number of high-profile romances while in the famous house, insists that the no pants dance doesn't feature as highly on her daily to-do list as we may have been led to believe.

Revealing that's she currently enjoying a period of celibacy, the stunning brunette, who was recently caught up in a frightening bar brawl in Marbella, said: "I’m not frustrated at all, I’m not a highly sexual person anyway. I’d rather have a nice bath."

Suggesting that her past romances may have played a part in opting for a long soak over a tumble between the sheets, Vicky said: "With the right bloke you shouldn’t have to…you should just wake up every morning and things should just be nice. Until that bloke comes along, the rest of them can just f**k off."

Don't forget the bath bombs and soothing sounds of Enya, Vicky!

Vicky Pattison moved on pretty fast from her ex James Morgan when they split up back in November, and it seems she might have jumped into a new relationship too quickly.

The Geordie Shore alum was spotted kissing businessman Josh Robson as recently as January, but things soon turned nasty.

According to reports at the time, Vicky was totally swept off her feet by her new man, with Josh even shelling out £5,000 for a private plane to whisk Vicky to one of his parties. However in an interview with The Sun this week, the reality star described the relationship as an "emotional power struggle."

Vicky admitted that she turned into a "raving lunatic" during her time with Josh, saying she "totally lost it… I knew I was acting insane but I couldn't stop it."

Before hooking up with Josh, Vicky set tongues wagging as she stepped out with her ex, Australian rugby league player Dan Conn.

Dan stirred things up further when he posted a tweet implying the pair had gotten engaged, writing, "Can't believe she said yes! #MrsConn @VickyGShore."

Eh… there's not much room for misinterpretation there Dan!

Whatever about those false engagement claims, it seems Vicky is happy to be a single lady for now, confessing that a long distance relationship was just too hard for the couple.

"It’s just impossible for anything to work. When I go to sleep he’s waking up," she said in a recent interview, despite calling Dan "the love of [her] life."

Could emigration be on the cards for Vicky?

Just last month, Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison left fans stunned when she said she was "petrified" her frenemies Charlotte Crosby and Holly Hagan were going to get "skinnier and better looking" than her, and now she's made some even more scathing comments.

The three reality stars have all slimmed down dramatically over the last couple of years, and have profited greatly from their image overhauls. Vicky was the first to change her eating and fitness habits, dropping from a size 16 to a size 6 between 2013 and 2014 and releasing a best-selling fitness DVD, Vicky's 7 Day Slim.

Charlotte and Holly soon followed suit, both slimming down by three stone each last year. Charlotte's own DVD, 3-Minute Belly Blitz, has become so popular in the UK since its release before Christmas that it has outsold Disney's Frozen  across the country.

Now that Vicky has some competitors in the success stakes, her claws seem to be coming out. In a recent interview with the Daily Star, Vicky claimed that Charlotte was copying her own career moves. "You'd have to be blind not to notice that Charlotte is emulating parts of my career," she said.

As well as following on with her own fitness DVD, Charlotte also has plans to release an autobiography and is currently appearing in MTV's Ex On The Beach – two things Vicky did herself last year.

But the 27-year-old says she doesn't feel threatened by Charlotte's copycat ways. "I have lots coming up which I know Charlotte definitely won't do," she said.

These reality stars sure know how to create a rumour or two, don’t they?

Former Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has found herself at the centre of engagement rumours today following a cryptic tweeting session with new boyfriend Daniel Conn.

While we weren’t treated to a snap of a diamond, it’s not hard to read into Daniel’s tweet to Vicky, which read: “Can’t believe she said yes! #MrsConn @VickyGShore.”

Reality star Vicky didn’t pass comment on the tweet, but did retweet it and send her man a yellow love heart emoticon.

Hmm. Is there some big news she should be sharing with us?

Daniel has made no secret of his intentions to make his romance with Vicky a permanent thing, describing her recently as his “future wifey”.

While the pair only started dating again recently, they first hit it off while Vicky was filming Geordie Shore Down Under. They rekindled their romance on reality show Ex On The Beach, with Vicky having previously split from boyfriend James Morgan.  

Given how Chris Martin has been going around accusing Angelina Jolie of kidnapping him, we wouldn’t be a bit surprised if this was just a big joke on the media. Oh well, looks like we’ve fallen for it!

After nine series together, it's no surprise that the Geordie Shore gang are a close-knit group.

So when Vicky Pattison announced on air that she would be leaving the show, the tears came flooding in. The 24-year-old revealed to the media back in October that she would be exiting Geordie Shore at the end of the current series – and in last night's episode she was seen confirming the news to her co-stars.

"I love every single person here in their own way, which is why what I’m about to say is so hard," she said to her pals. “I promised I couldn’t leave you and I said I’d come back…but I can’t stay. I’ve loved every single minute of doing this with you but unfortunately for me, it’s over."

Vicky described the choice as "one of the hardest decisions [she has] ever had to make," and broke down in tears as she admitted she no longer belonged on the show, saying, "It’s just not for me anymore.”

The star's close pal Charlotte Crosby became overwhelmed with tears, saying, "How can she leave us? She’s like our sister and I can’t imagine going one day in this house without her.”

Scott Timlin was equally shocked, adding, "I'm literally f*****g devastated. I can't believe she's actually leaving and I don't know what to say."

Although Vicky originally claimed that she had chosen to leave Geordie Shore to spend time with her boyfriend James Morgan, the couple have since split up and the star has admitted her exit from the show was more of a business choice. "This is a pivotal point in my career and if I don’t strike while the iron’s hot, someone else will leave Geordie Shore or TOWIE and take my opportunities," she said in an interview last month.

News of Vicky Pattison's split from boyfriend James Morgan emerged only a week ago, but she's already bagged herself someone new. Or someone old, as the case may be.

The former Geordie Shore star was pictured out and about in Australia, holding hands with her ex, rugby league player Daniel Conn.

The pair had a fling last year while Vicky was filming Down Under for a special series of the reality show. Daniel was hired as Vicky's personal trainer, and the two soon hit it off.

Although the romance was short-lived, Daniel tried his best to win Vicky back earlier this year as part of an MTV reality show called Ex On The Beach. Whether he was doing it for an extra few quid or for romantic reasons, the ploy seems to have worked as the pair looked pretty cosy in the pictures, taken earlier this week.

Despite originally indicating that she had quit Geordie Shore to focus on her relationship with James, the star later admitted that the choice had been more to do with her career than her love life. "This is a pivotal point in my career and if I don’t strike while the iron’s hot, someone else will leave Geordie Shore or TOWIE and take my opportunities," she told Now Magazine.

We hope she's not working too hard though – this tweet posted earlier today seems a little worrying:

After Vicky Pattison admitted recently that one of the reasons she quit Geordie Shore was to spend more time with her boyfriend, James Morgan, we’re shocked to hear they have split!

The reality TV star told MailOnline that although they have pulled the plug on their relationship, they remain close: “He’s amazing and we still keep in touch but for now we’re done!”

Vicky was surprisingly honest about the break-up, saying to Now magazine that she needed to take this time to concentrate on her career: “I’m so busy and neurotic that we no longer complement each other. This is a pivotal point in my career and if I don’t strike while the iron’s hot, someone else will leave Geordie Shore or TOWIE and take my opportunites.”

Sadly though, she adds that she does miss James: “I miss him so much. He’s a lovely lad, was a great boyfriend … but I need to give him some space.”

Hopefully these two may reunite in the future seeing as Vicky feels so strongly about him still – they were cute together!

Vicky Pattison has confirmed that she will be leaving Geordie Shore after nine series on the show.

MTV have said that a tenth series of the show will be happening – but without Vicky.

The reality TV star spoke about her decision, saying: “The rumours are true. It’s the right time for me to leave Geordie Shore – the show hasn’t grown up, and I have.”

The ninth series will be starting tonight on MTV and Vicky will star throughout, so it looks like we better enjoy her appearance as it will be her last!

Vicky also said that her decision to leave has a lot to do with her boyfriend, James Morgan: “I love him a lot and if I’m going to give our relationship a fair go, I have to not be running off and doing Geordie Shore every two months.”

We wonder who will replace Vicky? That thought is a little bit scary…!

More importantly, has she broken the news to her BFF Charlotte yet?!

Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison has spoken out about how she considered committing suicide after her arrest for assault in 2013.

There were allegations made that she and her co-star Holly Hagan had attacked a model during a night out in Newcastle, and Vicky was charged with two counts of assault. She pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 180 hours of unpaid community service.

The reality star has spoken out about the ordeal in her new book Nothing But The Truth, saying:

“I was so down in the weeks that followed I genuinely contemplated killing myself at times…

“I am dramatic about things when it comes to love or my mates, but I had never in my life before suffered from serious depression or considered suicide.

“I felt like all I was doing was messing up and embarrassing my family. I had lost everything I had going for me and I didn't want to live any more. I couldn't see any other way out.”

However, the star got help from her sister and psychiatrist, and thankfully, got back on her feet:

“It was that fighting instinct in me, and my amazing sister and friend who got me through that made me realise that I would achieve nothing by killing myself. I would have left the only people who cared about me heartbroken.”

The romance between Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison and Tulisa’s ex Danny Simpson is heating up.

Vicky was caught sharing a smooch with the former X Factor judge’s ex-boyfriend last month and has now confessed things could be getting serious between the pair.

“Me and Danny have been friends for years but we’ve always had partners so it’s never been anything more than platonic. But now that we’re both single, we are speaking more regularly and there is a flirty element to our relationship that we’ve never had before. He could be my next victim!” she said.

One person the kiss wouldn’t have gone down well with is Tulisa, who shares a circle of friends with Vicky, although she says they’ve never met.

“Well that would be the nail in the coffin [to my friendship with Tulisa] now wouldn’t it?” Vicky said.

“I’ve never really met her but I’ve always admired her as a fellow feisty brunette. She’s very outspoken and I loved her on The X Factor. I think I harboured this sort of hope that we would be friends one day but it doesn’t seem likely now!” she added.

A TV ad for Vicky Pattison’s best-selling fitness DVD has reportedly been banned for being ‘misleading’.

The Geordie Shore star said she has shed three stone in the past six months, dropping from a size 16 to a size 6.

Vicky’s fitness DVD cover shows a ‘before and after’ bikini picture of the 26-year-old celebrity.

The DVD, called Vicky’s 7 Day Slim – knocked Davina McCall’s Davina: Fit in 15 off the number one spot earlier this year.

A voice-over on the TV ad for the DVD said, “Here’s Vicky from Geordie Shore before she found 7 Day Slim…..now look at her!”, with Vicky then saying, “I’ve lost three stone with this DVD.”

On-screen text said, “Weight lost over six months. Works as part of a calorie controlled diet.”

Bosses at the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) are said to have banned the ad for misleading viewers into thinking they could lose three stone in just seven days.

It criticised the ad for its failure to clarify in sufficiently readable text that the 7-day slim workout refers to weight-loss over 12 months with a calorie controlled diet.

However, bosses at Universal Pictures (UK) Ltd – which made the DVD – said the product name 7 Day Slim referred to a weekly cycle of seven workouts to be repeated over time in order to achieve significant weight loss and that Vicky weight loss took place over six months.
