Dad always knows best – and that still applies in the mega-famous, multi-millionaire Bekcham household.

In fact, former footballer David says he’s certainly no pushover parent.

“It was the way I was brought up,” he revealed today in an interview which appears in The Telegraph.

“Until the day he passed away, my granddad was unbelievably strict with me, and I want my children to have that too.

“From two years old they have to know their 'pleases’ and their 'thank yous’ and their 'you’re welcomes’.”

And as the father of three young men – Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 12 and 10-year-old Cruz – he insists on raising children (and not forgetting about adorable Harper either) who are chivalrous. “My boys know that they let ladies or girls through the door before they go through the door.

“It’s so important to have manners and treat people from all walks of life the way they should be treated.”

Meanwhile, while David, 40, and Victoria, 41, are said to boast a net worth in the region of an eye-watering €700m, they still very much value hard work and graft.

“I remember being 13 and seeing my mum looking after three kids and then still working until 11pm cutting hair,” he said.

And of his gas fitter father he added: “My dad used to go out at 6am and come back at night covered in oil stains from working in the kitchens.

“They instilled that hard work ethic into me, and I want to do the same for my children. I could just sit back and watch telly, but I don’t want to do that.

“I still work hard at whatever I do, whether it’s taking the rubbish out.”

Gorgeous little Harper Beckham is clearly a daddy's girl through-and-through. In fact, poor Victoria recently lamented that although the four-year-old is her only daughter, the little one has largely shunned fashion in favour of… football!

As Ms Beckham explained while in conversation with ABC's Good Morning America: "She said to me the other day: 'Mummy I think I want to play football.'

"It was a dagger through the heart. I have three boys who want to play football, come on, let one of them want to be in fashion!"

Still, it seems that the duo were able to spend some quality mummy-daughter time together yesterday – going horse-riding together in sunny LA.

In a snap shared by Victoria, 41, on Instagram, Miss Beckham can be seen with her long, blonde plaited hair reaching down to her waist. She also looks absolutely adorable clad in equestrian gear and on top of a white pony.

The fashion designer captioned the image "fun day riding in the sunshine with Harper," furthermore using the hashtag: #mylittlepony. The photo has proven immensely popular with her 7.4million fans too, and has now notched up some 170,000 likes of approval.

Victoria and David Beckham have been eyeing up a second UK home in the picturesque Cotswolds, according to new reports.

The couple, who made a permanent move back to London in 2014 after David's retirement from LA Galaxy, already have one home in central London.

But it seems they're in the market for a country abode, and this nine-hectare estate in Gloucestershire is currently the front-runner.

With a guide price of €7.3million it certainly doesn't come cheap, but looking at the pictures we're already sold.

Amberley House is a period 1640 manor house, set in sprawling tree-lined gardens near the village of Stroud.

As well as eight bedrooms and a grand total of seven bathrooms, the mansion also boasts tennis courts, an infinity pool and even stables, should little Harper decide to take up horse-riding.

Although nothing has been confirmed yet, David and Victoria were pictured with fans in nearby Nailsworth last month, and have even been spotted by locals in Stroud on two occasions.

The couple are currently renting in central London while their palatial home in the area – worth a staggering €42.5million – is being refurbished.

She the adorable only daughter and youngest child of pretty much the hottest couple on the planet – so it's no surprise that Harper Beckham is quite the cutie herself.

Indeed, and although she's still only four, she's become something of a mini-fashionista in her own right, certainly giving North West and Penelope Disick a serious run for their stylish money.

Key to the little one's look, of course, is her mop of gorgeous blonde hair – which at this stage reaches down to her bum.

Now her dad, David, has spoken of his love of her look, stating that he simply won't allow a barber's scissors anywhere near her locks.

In conversation with Yahoo! Style to promote his new H&M campaign, the former footballer revealed: "About a year ago, my wife said, 'Maybe we should cut Harper’s hair.' 

"And I was like, 'No! We need to grow it. Do. Not. Touch.'"

In fact, despite now being four – a birthday she marked in July – the youngster has NEVER had her hair chopped. 

"Since she was born, we haven’t cut it," David admitted. "That’s why it’s pretty much down to her knees."

Noting that his mother, Sandra, used to be a hair stylist, the 40-year-old furthermore revealed that she sadly didn't pass on any tips to him. Still, that hasn't stopped him from tackling his sons' unruly manes.

"I do cut my sons’ hair from time-to-time. When they have a buzz cut, I do it.

"If I have to use scissors, the boys know not to ask."

Victoria Beckham must have been quite embarrassed this week as not only did her son get thrown out of a nightclub but she also stepped out of her Dover street store at 3.45am with a really weird wet patch on her groin.

The incident took place on Tuesday night, where she was celebrating the one year anniversary of her London clothing store. 

The fashion mogul left her party, clutching husband David Beckham very tightly, as the paparazzi snapped away. 

But now Victoria's rep made a statement about the dodgy incident: 

"This was simply the result of the most unfortunate positioning of a spilt drink, whilst Victoria was sitting down – thankfully it was not a 'dampener' on what was a fantastic night."

Fair enough Vicky, all the gossip can stop now!

Being a celebrity teenager might win you invites to all the best parties, but it also means you've literally no chance of getting away with lies about your age.

16-year-old Brooklyn Beckham learnt that the hard way this week when he was turned away from a London nightclub for being underage.

The teen rocked up to Drama nightclub in Mayfair for Wonderland magazine's tenth anniversary bash, but was refused entry by bouncers at the door.

Despite pleas from his pal Nick Grimshaw – who arrived to the party with him – poor Brooklyn was escorted off the premises shortly after. 

To make things even worse for David and Victoria's son, another 16-year-old had been let into the event without question earlier on in the evening. Teenage soul singer Talia Storm was spotted inside the club hanging with Little Mix. Stinger.

Eyewitnesses said Brooklyn wasn't "best pleased" with the turn of events, but a rep for the Beckham family insists he didn't put up a fuss.

"He was invited to the Wonderland party – but when he turned up they had to explain even though he had been invited their licensing rules meant he had to be over 18. All fine no drama."

Luckily for Brooklyn, there was another party on that evening that he definitely couldn't be turned away from – his mum Victoria's party at her Dover Street store to celebrate one year of business.

Let's face it – she's pretty much perfect.

After all, Victoria Beckham has made her own millions, is a style icon, has a perfect family and an amazing career – not to mention that gorgeous husband she's been married to for more than a decade-and-a-half. 

Which is why we did a double-take when we spotted the designer with a large, mysteriously wet patch around her groin area.

Forming a perfectly oval stain, it certainly seemed like the 41-year-old didn't quite make it to the bathroom on time.

However, not least for someone so very prim and proper (she wasn't called Posh Spice for nothing) we're sure the dark area is the result of a spilled drink – something which was perhaps then exaggerated by the waiting photogs' camera flashes. 

Victoria and David were socialising at her central London flagship outlet – hosting a swish party to mark the one-year anniversary of the store's launch.

A-list invitees included the likes of Ellie Goulding, Naomi Campbell, Jade Jagger and Noel Gallagher.

Clearly in the mood to celebrate, the Beckhams left at 2.40am, with Ms Beckham taking a bit of a tumble on the steps outside the Dover St boutique. 

Luckily, David was on-hand to catch her – though we hope she's since had the chance to get those stained trousers dry-cleaned.

With nearly 4.4m followers on Instagram, Brooklyn Beckham is a social media star in his own right. 

But that doesn't mean the young model goes without rules from his parents. 

Oh no, David Beckham has revealed that he and his wife, Victoria, keep a strict eye on his social media accounts. They monitor and approve everything Brooklyn posts on Twitter and Instagram.

"Our 16-year-old son, Brooklyn, he's got like 4 million Instagram followers," David Beckham told ABC News. 

"We control everything that he posts, everything that he does, and it's the same with our other kids."

He also admitted that Victoria is "the strict one in the house"—so perhaps dad is the parent Brooklyn goes to for sign-off any shirtless pics like this one.

When Vogue throws a house party, you can bet it's like no other house party.

So, the most stylish of London set out to Winfield House last night to celebrate the start of London Fashion Week. 

Hosted by the editor of British Vogue, Alexandra Shulman, the stylish elite sipped on glasses of Rock Angel and Les Clan rosé from Château D'Esclans in Provence and J Crew cocktails. Fancy!

Talk about a proud hubby.

David Beckham was sitting front and centre beside Anna Wintour at his wife Victoria's New York Fashion Week show, and he couldn't have looked any happier to be there. 

16-year-old Brooklyn also came along to support his mum, but for once it wasn't any of the Beckham kids that had us saying 'aaaaw.' Behold, the grown man's smile that will melt your heart:

Dressed smartly in a brown suit and white shirt, David seemed totally at home amongst the fashion elite, though he didn't forget his signature flat cap.

Taking to Instagram after the show, David seemed elated by his wife's success, writing "Amazing show" alongside a loveheart emoji and a picture of the models' final strut down the catwalk.

Brooklyn also posted on social media earlier in the day, sharing a picture of the empty Meat Packing District venue with the caption, "Good luck mum."

The new collection features a bold jewel-toned palette with lots of vibrant prints – a first for Victoria, who said she was "excited" to introduce more colour and texture.

The 41-year-old's show also introduced the 'half moon bag,' a gorgeous oversized leather tote which we predict will be next season's most coveted arm candy.

Speaking about the new collection – and her brand ethos – after the show, Victoria said she hoped it would have a wide appeal.

"It’s a collection for all shapes and sizes — I always say it, but I just want women to feel like the best versions of themselves."

It seems David has the upper hand with this one!

Victoria Beckham has revealed that her daughter, Harper, has no desire to follow her mother into fashion – and wants to be a footballer instead. 

Speaking to ABC Good Morning America, the designer said it was a "dagger through the heart" when Harper, four, recently told her mother that she wants to play football.

The former Spice Girl said that she already has three sons that play football and to her dismay, her baby girl has become a tomboy. 

"She loves fashion as all little girls do, she loves putting makeup on and playing with my shoes… but she's a tomboy, she has three brothers."

"She said to me the other day: 'Mummy I think I want to play football.' (It was) a dagger through the heart. I have three boys who want to play football, come on, let one of them want to be in fashion!"

On the TV show, Victoria was described as a "Vogue Mom" as she appears on front covers of magazines while rising her family which include Harper, Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13 and Cruz, 10. 

Her only hopeful so far is Brooklyn, having recently modelled for Miss Vogue. 

Meanwhile, this week Victoria revealed her latest collection at New York Fashion Week, for which she was given rave reviews. 

Mrs Beckham admitted that being in the Spice Girls prejudiced people against her when she first became a designer. 

"People did have preconceptions and I expected that but I wasn't out to prove anybody wrong, I just wanted to prove to myself I could do it".

After weeks of are-they-aren't-they speculation regarding a 2016 reunion for the Spice Girls, it seems the band are indeed in talks to reform… but not as a complete set.

Victoria Beckham has reportedly already bowed out of any reunion plans, telling former bandmate Geri Halliwell that she won't be taking part. The pair apparently met for a "secret" catch-up lunch last week, and VB broke the news to her old friend on the day.

"Victoria met Geri recently to have an afternoon together reminiscing about old times," a source told The Sun.

"Geri filled Victoria in on the plans for the reunion next year and while Victoria made it clear she couldn't make it, she said she was more than happy for the other girls to go ahead. It's wrong to suggest she would try to stop them doing it if the other girls wanted to."

News of a possible reunion tour for the girl group emerged last week, after Geri confirmed on ITV's This Morning that the gang were in "talks" about honouring the 20th anniversary of Wannabe with a gig.

Having just unveiled yet another stunning collection from her clothing line at New York Fashion Week, Victoria's focus is definitely elsewhere, but she says she'll offer Ginger Spice and co. her full support.

"Victoria told Geri she would be at one of the shows, or maybe more, cheering from the front row," the insider said.

The Spice Girls last reunited in 2012 at the opening of the London Olympics, a reunion which even included Posh Spice.

Surely someone can convince VB to join them for one last hurrah?
