What is going on?

On-again, off-again (but we were almost certain definitely off-again) couple Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted hanging out together in the bar of the Montage Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, on Friday.

A fan saw the pair and quickly posted two videos to Instagram showing Justin, 21, serenading Selena, 23, with the Temptations' classic, My Girl and his own single Sorry.

"@JustinBieber singing my girl to @SelenaGomez….is this real? Pure magic," she captioned one video.

She then wrote, "When you're having a drink at an empty hotel bar and @JustinBieber appears out of nowhere and begins to sing on the piano #LOSINGMYS–––."

The singer is seen holding a microphone as he stands up and starts singing with a piano playing in the background

The duo is supposed to perform this weekend at the American Music Awards. So perhaps they were rehearsing?

Fans have now gone into absolute meltdown at the thoughts of the two stars reuniting, at least on stage. One excited Bieber fan wrote:

“I thought I was excited for AMAs already BUT NOW I am expecting Justin and Selena on the damn carpet TOGETHER we NEED carpet jelena to rise.”

This should be a very interesting weekend indeed.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Many of us would eat breakfast for every meal if we could. There are so many choices: pancakes, omlettes, breakfast muffins, waffles, or the class Irish breakfast. The list goes on and on really. However, possibly one of the most important breakfast food is the breakfast roll.

A beat-seller at many a deli around the country, the classic sandwich never fails to disappoint. You're guaranteed to hear many an Irish ex-pat lament their desire for the carb-filled deliciousness that is the breakfast roll if you ask them what they miss about home. Obviously family members and Dairy Milk will also be mentioned but never forget the power of the breakfast roll.

So, we had to share this recipe with you. The updated breakfast roll is no longer just a roll. This is the breakfast BOAT and it is amazing.

One of the many things an Irish person living abroad will come to realise (aside from how nobody seems to be able to comprehend the pronunciation of 'Caoimhe'), is our sarcasm can get us into trouble.

Our unconscious obsession with irony can often lead to some unfortunate miscommunications and misunderstandings.

Foil Arms and Hog have managed to sum up pretty much all of these awkward encounters in their latest video, and we love it.

We recommend using this video as an explanation the next time the cousins from America come to visit and need help understanding what exactly the craic is all about.

The world of online commentary can be a cruel one indeed. In this particular arena Kylie Jenner is not someone who fares very well. Despite being just 18 years old, she has the biggest target of harsh comments relating to her appearance, career and personal life of all of the Kardashian Jenner clan.

One video editor, Will Rebein, decided to highlight the often vicious world of social media that someone such as Kylie inhabits. An anonymous voice over reads the cruel comments from social media users left on one of her recent makeup tutorial videos.

He explained his thinking behind the video, saying:

“It’s unreal that people take the time out of their day to write these comments, and forget that there is a real person potentially seeing these things and internalizing them.”

He explained that he offers this video as a take-down of the “hate culture” that has exploded on the internet:

“Reading these comments (which were literally just taken from the top comments of two articles) and showing imagery of Kylie makes them seem more real and realize how painful the words can be.”

Adele appears to have become the celebrity of the moment as her fans were whipped into a frenzy after her most recent album being released yesterday. People just cannot seem to get enough of the singer.

In a Adele At The BBC however, we see a whole completely side to the iconic singer. Hosted by Graham Norton, she is set to perform a number of tracks old and new.

The duo were not content to have her appearance be just another on stage performance. The Hello singer decided to spend some time with Adele impersonators- while dressed as an Adele impersonator.

She donned some prosthetics and joined some of her biggest fans to audition for a fictional show at the New Wimbledon theatre.

Adele became Jenny, a nanny who is also a huge Adele fan and impersonator. She took to the stage to perform Make You Feel My Love and even pretended to miss her cue. She really went for the impersonator role. She almost had her fans convinced, but the true Adele lovers knew what was going on when they heard 'Jenny' sing.

One of the impersonators, Katie Markham, told BuzzFeed

"The others didn't clip straightaway and then Lisa started roaring her eyes out. Because none of them realised I thought, stuff this, and started singing with her."

After the performance they all got to hang out with Adele which Katie said was amazing:

"We had a chat with her for a little while, and then we sand with her. And, God, honestly it was ACE."

Almost daily we are often greeted with a number of very cute announcements on social media form the couples in our lives.

People seem to love coming up with unique ways to break the news of their impending parenthood, or indeed the viral sensation of a first dance trend. It can be a challenge these days to pull off a surprise that is actually going to shock people.

So, when soon to be parents Alexa and Drew Goolsby decided to use the whisper challenge, inspired by Jimmy Fallon, we were all very intrigued.

The game sees a player put on headphones and attempt to guess what another player is lip reading.

When Alexa and Drew had to break the news to the new grandparents, hilarity quickly ensued.

Future funniest grandad on earth Bob has a little bit more difficulty, which we completely understand because the game is not easy.

You can see his reaction below. We should warn you that if you watch this in public you will probably have to explain your uncontrollable laughing.

Police in Perth are reportedly on the hunt for a group pf nine men who have been spotted driving motorised picnic tables along the roads of Scarborough Beach.

While many other people are finding this not quite high speed chase highly amusing, Western Australia Police are not.

Photos and videos of the men driving along Scarborough Beach Road towards a section of the West Coast Highway have gone viral on social media.

Police are putting a call out on Facebook requesting help to identify those involved.

"Police are concerned for the safety of those riding on the tables with no protective clothing, especially when on roads alongside motor vehicles," Western Australia Police said.

The police said those involved "could face a number of charges including driving an unlicensed vehicle, driving an unroadworthy vehicle and drink driving".

Definitely not suited for driving in busy roads we agree, but we also can’t help but wonder who thought this was going to be a good idea.

Also, where does one find a motorised picnic table?

Not all of us have grown up with the amount of gadgets that exist today. To be honest, sometimes even our smartphones get the best of us from time to time.

So, when Evan Griffin gave his dad Joe a loan of his GoPro for his trip to Vegas it was almost a certainty that hilarity would ensue. Evan wrote on Facebook:

"So… Gave my Dad my GoPro while he was in Las Vegas, I did not, however, instruct him on how to use it, so my dad being my dad, and a culchie, didn't know which way to point the f**king thing."

The video has since gone viral. It would seem that almost everyone on the internet finds Joe's Vegas adventures as hilarious as we all did. Aren't we lucky that Evan quickly edited and uploaded the video to his YouTube channel.

While we considered Joe to be an almost expert-level tour guide we don’t imagine he is going to be too pleased with his up close and personal holiday video.

"Isn't that lovely?" he asks, and like a panto crowd we responded.

However, that does not take away from the absolute hilarity of Joe’s adventures. He rode the monorail, visited the nicest of hotels and (we hope) eventually discovered where the Grand Canyon is located.

His commentary throughout the trip is also top-notch.

What is this? A trailer for ants?

Derek Zoolander has taken to Instagram to inform us all that a new trailer for Zoolander 2 has arrived. He also promised that the actual film is going to be “at least a million times longer” than 10 seconds.

"Just want to let everybody know that this is NOT the full #Zoolander2 movie," the self-proclaimed "#1 male model in the world" captioned. "

Ben Stiller will return as everyone’s favourite fashion model as Zoolander makes his much anticipated runway comeback.

Hansel is also in appearance and we were relieved to see that Zoolander hasn’t lost his diamonds cufflinks. How could he? They have his initials engraved on them after all.

The Valentino shades and trademark hair are also back. Oh and the dance moves! It's been 14 years since Hansel and Derek left the fashion world in order to find a better life for themselves.

We can only imagine something serious must have happened in order for them to return. Perhaps they heard about the UGG boot making a comeback, or maybe they are also desperate to get their hands on some HM X Balmain?

It probably has something to do with this Bieber situation:

We wouldn't blame them.

Zoolander 2 is expected to be in cinemas in February 2016, and we are very excited. You can watch the full trailer here:

The feel good news story of the day features Tumbles.

He is a tiny (legit the tiniest) shelter puppy ever. He was born with only two legs, but now he is on the move after recently being outfitted with a custom 3-D-printed wheelchair.

A video capturing the pint-sized pooch’s first steps, shows the little guy making big strides while in the care of Friends of the Shelter Dogs in Ohio.

The pup was taken in by the shelter when he was only two weeks old at the time.

“We thought he wouldn’t make it,” Karen Pilcher, who serves as the group’s rescue coordinator and now Tumbles' foster mom, told ABC News.

Now look at him! Amazing.

His first steps obviously took a lot out of the little hero because the shelter also posted a snap of Tumbles after his adventures on their Facebook page.

We can’t deal, sorry.

Oh, and if you thought the story couldn’t get more adorable then you should also know that Tumbles is going to need a different wheel chair: because he is too small for the current one in use.

“I think we'll definitely be able to have a working model,” Joe Jollick told The Huffington Post. Joe is the lab director at the Ohio University Innovation Centre.

“The challenge is getting the dog to use it and not try to sneak out of the straps and (him) learning to use his back legs correctly because right now he's just pushing himself on his chin.”

Muffins! Healthy muffins for everyone! Ok fine, so perhaps not as healthy as we would like, but they make a definite improvement from devouring an entire bag of crisps in one go.

As we approach the festive season we become increasingly aware of two things. One being that attempting to maintain (or indeed start) a healthy diet at Christmas time is next to impossible, and also all anyone ever does when the weather gets rough is develop a craving for comfort foods.

So, we found this recipe for what essential become sweet potato muffins, just without the trickier aspects of baking with vegetables.

Ingredients
4 Large Sweet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Salted Butter – Melted
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 tsp Ground Cumin
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
12-15 Marshmallows

Method

Carefully slice Sweet Potatoes into 1/8 inch slices – add to a large mixing bowl.

Add melted butter, coconut oil, cumin, cinnamon, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat potato slces. Mix in the parmesan cheese.

In a greased cupcake tin stack the sweet potato chips to fill each cup. Bake in preheated oven for 50-55 minutes until tops and edges nicely brown. Remove from oven and top each stack with a marshmallow. Return to oven for 3-5 minutes – watching carefully – until the marshmallows have a light brown and have puffed up.

Remove from oven – carefully pat down each marshmallow to form a nice dome over the stack. Let cool slightly before removing from pan.

For some time now, the people behind the legendary Barbie doll have been trying very hard to shake the blonde’s reputation for giving young girls unrealistic beauty standards.

In a new ad, their latest efforts to squash stereotypes surrounding the dolls are out on display with pretty adorable results.

Their new Moschino doll is pretty amazing, and it’s not surprising that everyone would want the chance to play with it, and that includes boys.

Barbie may still have a tiny waist and feet that look like they will always be in stilettos, but now it seems that she’s suggesting it is perfectly fine for young boys to want to play with dolls too.

In September, Mattel’s “You Can Do Anything” ad for Barbie made the Internet very happy with its empowering message. The idea behind the ad was that when little girls play with Barbies, they can imagine themselves in the roles of college professors, coaches and veterinarians.

Mattel have now featured a young boy in the ad who informs us that “Moschino Barbie is so fierce,” and adds to this claim by ensuring she is accessorised like a boss.

This Moschino ad is the first time a boy has been cast in an ad for Barbie, and the power of a designer collection aside, people were clearly excited about the doll.

The €140 limited edition doll, which came with mini designer T shirts and accessory items, sold out on Net-a-Porter in under an hour, according to Women’s Wear Daily

Ok fine, so we’re maybe a little bit old to be playing with Barbies, but this is probably the most fiercely fashionable doll there is, and we want one.

Unfortunately, they are completely sold out. So we will have to be happy with watching this very trendy ad over and over again.
