While we all love a good video of someone falling over, this girl's epic fall in a UK nightclub this week is on another level and quickly going viral.

Caught on CCTV at Level Nightclub in Bolton, Olivia Wood managed a mean feat in falling over drunk; she did it with grace and effortless style.

Posted on Level's Facebook page as Fall of the Week, the footage shows Olivia trip on the stairs before turning her fall into a graceful swan dive.

Now THAT is how it is done.

"I was tipsy but not wasted and just misread the step situation," said Olivia to Metro.

"My friend had just told me to 'watch the steps as they are quite steep' and I just turned and said 'I know', and then completely flew!"

And it's clear that this girl knows that if you're going to fall, you better do it with style.

"I just remember holding my breath the whole way down and saying to the woman who helped me up 'I felt like superman then!'

"Then I just got up, laughed and went and got a well earned shot! I just have a bruised leg thankfully but I still had a great night!"

We're giving major props to Olivia today.

There are a fair few iced treats that Irish people hold dear to their hearts – Choc Ices, Orange Splits and Brunches to name just a few.

But one Cork man’s dessert was left lacking earlier this week, and he wasn’t going to keep quiet about it.

Darryl O’Connell, from Goleen, County Cork, took to HB’s Facebook page on Monday to voice his concerns at “the severe reduction on the sprinkles applied” to his “personal favourite”, the trusty Brunch ice cream – and their reply was pretty amazing.

After “after a long day working on the farm pulling beet” he opened one of HB’s “delicious ice creams” to find it looking a little sadder than usual.

You can see how strongly Darryl felt from his post here:

Dear HB ice creams,I am a loyal customer of your delicious ice creams, My personal favourite being the brunch. In…

Unfortunately this doesn’t seem to  be an isolated incident.

However, Miley seems pretty satisfied with her exceedingly sprinkled Brunch.

Thankfully, HB have since replied to Daryl’s post and promise they’re going to investigate. Phew!

This isn’t the first time that our favourite childhood treats have let us down. In recent years, Irish chocolate-lovers seem to be coming across more and more cases of “shrinkflation”.

Take the drastic reduction in Quality Street size, for example:

Boo, Tuna, Doug the Pug… we love a good Insta-famous dog over here at SHEmazing. So we were downright starstruck to hear that a pup who just so happens to have 2.2m followers on Instagram has graced our captial city with his presence.

Jiff, an adorable fluffy Pomeranian, is currently on a whistle-stop tour of Dublin, and has been documenting his adventures on Snapchat, Instagram and Twitter.

If you're quick enough, you might just catch him for a selfie, like these lucky fans:

As well as generally being the cutest thing on the planet, Jiff has made something of a name for himself over in the US, where he has worked on campaigns for Target, hung out with countless celebs and even appeared in a Katy Perry video.

Yup, that's him and KP chilling like old friends after a day of filming.

For now though, Jiff's happy to take in the sights and sounds of Dublin, and here's where he's been so far.

Trinity College

Murphy's Ice Cream Parlour

Bruxelles for St Patricks Day

And of course, Starbucks

If you're quick, you'll catch him before he goes – keep updated via Snapchat (@jiffpom).

She's the former Miss Ireland who's already courted attention from the likes of Ashton Kutcher and Kris Jenner (not to mention Instagram playboy Dan Bilzerian).

And now 24-year-old Holly Carpenter has caught the eye of another mega-star… and this time it's none other than Oscar winner Jamie Foxx.

Despite being close to a year old, once again it's her hilarious "What she's really saying on SnapChat," blog post that has everyone talking.

Mr Foxx, who has some 9.4million likes from fans on his official Facebook page, this morning shared an article which details Holly's now famous observations – but he's certainly not the first celebrity to laud the Dublin model's sense of humour.

Ashton Kutcher did the same last October, while Kris Jenner got in on the act in January.

Furthermore, back in the autumn of 2014 she and social media lothario Dan Bilzerian shared some flirty private messages on Twitter in the aftermath of her split from rugby star Cian Healy.

"I was delighted to see Jamie share the post," Holly told SHEmazing! this evening.

"It's nearly a year old now and has also been shared by Kris Jenner, Ashton Kutcher, MTV and E! News.

"It's a bit mental but it's great to see they all appreciate the Irish sense of humour of slagging ourselves."

Ms Carpenter is currently dating Coronas frontman Danny O'Reilly and the duo recently enjoyed a romantic mini-break to Kerry.

Hidden cats, snowmen disguised as pandas… the internet loves a good visual riddle.

And this photograph, posted to Instagram by snapper Tiziana Vergari, is one of the best we've seen in a while.

At first glance, it looks like a row of young girls sitting on a bench, but once you look closer you see that there's definitely some element of mirroring and reflection involved.

The question is though, how many girls really did pose for the photo? Unsurprisingly, the internet is somewhat divided, with close to 1,000 comments each suggesting different answers.

Tiziana has since confirmed that the image is of two sisters – just two – looking into a mirror, but people are still drawing their own conclusions.

Some say four – like this guy who swears he has it all figured out:

Others say three:

The Swiss lifestyle photographer shared the image as part of Instagram's #WHPIdentity project, for which users are asked to submit photos around the theme of individuality.

Already it's racked up over 13,000 likes and counting, and we can see why – it's a stunning piece of photography.

Happy tears, sad tears, onion-chopping tears… getting a bit watery-eyed is a perfectly natural part of life, but it turns out that it's pretty darn artistic too.

Dutch artist Maurice Mikkers, who also happens to be a medical laboratory analyst, shed a few tears one day after stubbing his toe, and decided to check out the results under a microscope.

He was so chuffed with what he saw that he set out to create a full series of microscope-based photos of tears, from his own tears and those of willing volunteers.

He's dubbed the series The Imaginarium Of Tears, and it's very impressive.

Maurice says he didn't notice much difference between the microscopic look of say, the tears he cried while chopping onions and the tears a friend with an ill father had cried – but notes that each tear was still uniquely different because of the "oils, enzymes and antibodies" that formed it.

However another similar experiment last year did show up some interesting results. When examined in closer detail, it seems that our tears do vary somewhat depending on the reasons behind them.

Photographer Rose-Lynn Fisher studied the composition of 100 different tears for her exhibition The Topography of Tears and discovered that basal tears (the ones that our body produces to lubricate our eyes) are drastically different from the tears that happen when we are chopping onions.

Similarly, tears of laughter have a very different make-up than tears of sorrow. Again, this could be down to the molecular make-up of each tear, or could be due to other external factors.

"There are so many variables—there’s the chemistry, the viscosity, the setting, the evaporation rate and the settings of the microscope," Jospeh Stromberg of the Smithsonian’s Collage of Arts and Sciences told Lifebuzz of Fisher's work.

Fascinating – and pretty beautiful too.

In the Internet-world that we live in today, writing notes can be really sweet. That's if you leave them for your partner of three years and at the end it says "P.S. please do the dishes."

But when a random stranger leaves a (lengthy) note "all around town," then it's safe to say a few people will get a bit freaked out.

Twitter user AhnethAhra, decided to show the world what was found several times around the local area:

The note read:

"OK Ladies, I get it.

You don't want a pleasant evening chat.

You don't want a gentleman to walk you to your car.

You don't want a friendly dude to help you carry your groceries… or hold open the door… or crush the life out of other men that would do you harm.

Fine – fear the good guys… I guess we'll have to just suffer through watching you get broken over and over by the scum you think you love.

But I want you to know – it's not easy and it hurts to see you fall.

Give the good guys a chance to help you be less afraid of the world."

He wanted to get his point across, fair enough. But another random stranger had a brilliantly epic comeback:

Random stranger no.2, we don't know who you are, but we love you.

We all love a good cheescake, but the good people over at Delish have made an adults-only Paddy's Day cheescake – and it's so good, it's gone viral.

Spiking a dessert is nothing new, but if you really want to be happy on Paddy's Day, this recipe promises liquor in every single layer.

The chocolate ganache looks good enough to eat by itself and the Oreo base could possibly make it the best dessert ever.

Fancy a slice? Here's the recipe. Did we mention it looks killer, too YUM.

Ah, we all love a good rollercoaster – well, most of us, anyway.

And the fun of most rollercoasters is seeing the gas picture of yourself at the end of the ride.

But as one husband (who decided to not ride with his wife) saw his partner's photo, he knew he was in the dog house.

The photo was uploaded to Imgur last week and it shows a woman on Splash Mountain in Disney World. “Wife got a little perturbed that I wouldn’t accompany her on the ride,” he wrote in the caption.

"She just gave the perfect, perfect husband death stare at that camera and I’m glad a lot of people get it in the spirit it was intended," the hubby told 13 WHAM.

Ah man, we just love this.

This video of a veterinary assistant comforting a dog after surgery has been spreading good vibes across this internet this week and it is also kind of making us want to change profession.

This footage shows Dennis Moses, a staff member at the BARCS Animal Shelter in Baltimore, giving much-needed cuddles to terrified pup Meesha who had just come out of surgery.

Baby Meesha was coming off her anesthesia and was a little scared because her body felt so weird. BARCS Surgical Assistant Dennis Moses took her out into the quiet hallway to comfort her. One of our awesome volunteers just happened to be walking by to capture this sweet moment. Thank you to Dennis and all the staff who work long, tireless hours in the background of our shelter—saving lives and loving the animals. (Turn on the sound, it will melt your heart!)

And it seems that the internet is totally enamoured by the duo as the video has raked up over ten million views.

And there was good news for the pup as the shelter shared an image of the adorable rescue dog settling into her new home.

Yay for happy endings!

If your general mood is a bit 'meh' right now, worry not, because we have just the solution.

What's better than a video of a sleeping puppy waking up from his nap, you ask? A video of EIGHTEEN sleeping puppies waking up.

This Instagram vid has gone viral since it was shared by Australian Shepherd breeders Jeff and Emily Mabey last week, and we can see why. Just look at the little fluffballs, all grumpy and sleepy as Emily wakes them up:

If cute animals and general fluffiness is your thing (of course it is), then we highly recommend following Jeff and Emily's account, Green Valley Aussies.

Why? Well, they share snaps like this on a daily basis:

We bet this TV presenter picked out this seemingly harmless blue, sleeved dress for just another busy day on the red carpet.

Little did she know, that her seemingly innocuous outfit choice would have quite the impact on social media, but not for the reasons you might expect.

Yep, the good aul internet has been quick to point out that the design on the hip of the gown looks very similar to a vagina.

And we would tend to be in total agreement.

Edwina Bartholomew, an Australian presenter for the show Sunrise, became a trending topic after the show as many users were quick to point out that the detailing on the Rachel Gilbert dress bore an uncanny resemblance to a certain area of the female anatomy.

We still reckon she slayed the dress though.

And it seems her boyfriend was delighted by his girlfriend's trending ladybits as he took to Twitter to share the news.
