The gorgeous Lisa Fitzpatrick wasn’t always the confident lady we see today. For many years Lisa struggled with being overweight. Now four stone lighter and healthier, Lisa has managed to keep the weight off her for over ten years. But how did she do it?

Lisa has just released her brand new book Diet SOS, which shares her journey from her heaviest at size 20 and 15 stone, to now.

It’s safe to say that any woman in the world would love to have Miranda Kerr’s clear and glowing complexion.

The Victoria’s Secret model knows exactly what to do to achieve this – and she’s shared it with us. Yay!

According to Miranda, the secret behind her figure and skin is a simple SALAD! “Every day I eat a big salad with finely chopped spinach and kale, fennel, and macadamia nut oil … fresh lemon squeezed on that with apple cider vinegar. Add feta cheese, olives, cucumber.”

Sounds delicious!

Miranda was speaking at an event for her company KORA Organics where she also praised the company’s rosehip oil with doing wonders for her skin: “I put it on every night. I really believe it makes a big difference to my skin. It’s full of antioxidants and essential fatty acids.”

Vanessa is known to be a big lover of the fitness lifestyle and is often seen attending Reformer Pilates classes.

She has spoken previously about putting on 15 lbs to play the character of Apple in her recent movie, Gimme Shelter. The actress said that following the movie, she worked hard to lose the weight as she “wasn’t comfortable.”

6. Get moving
Skip the lift and take the stairs. Walk to work instead of driving – there are lots of things you can do to get that body moving more!

7. Reduce portions
Rather than pile the food onto a dinner plate, choose a smaller plate and if you are hungry then go back for more rather than struggling to finish a piled plate of food.

Loved ones of pop star Lily Allen have told her to slow down with her weight loss as she continues to shed the pounds.

Lily shrank down from a size 12 to a size 8 as she returned to the spotlight recently after a two year break.

But the 28-year-old singer’s friends and family now fear she’s becoming unhealthily thin and is obsessed with her figure as her fame continues to climb.

Lily previously spoke about how ‘reprogramming’ her brain helped her lose the weight.

“After the hypnotism, I want to go to the gym every day, otherwise I feel really bad. I just want to get more toned and healthy. I’m really good about everything at the moment – I’ve never been happier,” she said earlier this year.

We get it you are in a relationship, but the pictures of you guys kissing and spooning is just too much. Also if you’re both supposedly asleep, who is taking the picture?! Nobody likes these unless they are in the actual relationship…and it’s a picture of them.
