Blac Chyna was being a creep (like we kinda all are) yesterday with her boyfriend Rob Kardashian.

While they went shopping, Blac took some sneaky snaps of Rob trying on clothes, and one thing we couldn't help but notice was how well he's looking.

Blac and Rob have only been dating for a number of weeks but many media outlets have reported that she is being mega strict with his eating and exercise.

His old moobs are gone and his stomach is clearly getting smaller. Notice his face and arms are much slimmer in size, too.

With all of the controversy surrounding the couple, we were sketchy at the start, but it seems like they really care for each other and Chyna is committed to bringing Rob back to health.

Lauren Goodger has been charting her fitness and weight loss journey over the last year, eating clean and hitting the gym in a big way.

While her Instagram is never short of bikini snaps and workout selfies – she is promoting her new fitness DVD, after all – it was this week that fans really noticed a huge difference in her size and shape.

The reality star posted a before-and-after snap of herself in identical black bikinis, one from halfway into her weight loss journey and one from this week. Cop a look at those abs:

And while that tan is most definitely fake, Lauren's getting no shortage of sun this week, as she's been jetting between various beach resorts with her boyfriend Jake McClean.

Lauren admitted recently that it was Jake's "tough love" approach that gave her the motivation she needed to get fit – but she promises he meant his comments well.

"Before [losing weight] I was very much in denial," she explained on Loose Women last month.

"Jake said to me, 'Cor you’ve put on a bit of weight!;' and my sister said to me last Christmas, 'You’ve got a bit big!'

"I can laugh about it now, but I needed to hear it to change."

And even though she's dropped three dress sizes since slimming down, Lauren says for her it's having a strong mind and body that's important.

"I’m not skinny, I’m strong and fit – there’s a difference," she said of her naturally curvy shape.

"I look healthier than ever. I am a lot stronger in my mind, I don’t take anything negative, I feel so much better because of this."

Here in SHEmazing Towers we're big fans of no-nonsense weight-loss. And in our books that means shedding the excess pounds of winter without scrapping our three-a-day Maltesers bunny habit.

Now another weight-loss tip that's right up our street has come to our attention: namely that drinking WINE before bed can keep you slim.

Hallelujah!

We have Washington State University and Harvard to thank for such an invaluable contribution to health science – they found that a chemical called resveratrol stops your body's fat cells gaining more fat, therefore helping you stay slim.

And where is this wonder chemical found? That's right – in WINE!

According to scientists, drinking at least two glasses – aka a half a bottle – can help beat obesity by some 70 percent.

But wait.. there's more: the University Of Denmark found that people who drank everyday had slimmer waistlines compared to their sober counterparts, while Harvard’s weight gain study of 20,000 people revealed that out of all of those that gained a large amount of weight, none of them were drinkers.

Happy Friday, folks!

Irish model Nadia Forde has always had a body to envy – and killer curves to boot – but it's clear she's dropped a few pounds of late.

The former I'm A Celebrity contestant took to Instagram this week to post some pictures highlighting just how slim her petite frame has become.

Hanging out at the British Consulate in Los Angeles last night, Nadia looked downright stunning in a pale yellow dress which showed off her lean figure to perfection:

Earlier in the week she also shared a lingerie snap showcasing her washboard abs.

Though she's always been quite slim, it's fair to say Nadia looks quite different these days than she did just twelve months ago in the I'm A Celebrity jungle.

The "naturally curvy" model says her Italian heritage means she has to work hard to stay slim. When in the gym she uses a mix of weight training and boxing to burn fat and build lean muscle.

"I’m not someone who loves the gym or who gets a huge kick out of working out. I do it because I have to," she told the Irish Examiner back in April.

"As hard as it is, it’s worth it."

As for her diet, Nadia says she cuts out certain foods and does her best to eat clean.

"I’m trying to be as dairy-free as possible at the moment. In the morning, I have eggs or a smoothie or maybe porridge.

"Lunch is a smoothie or a salad. Dinner is fish."

What she's doing, it seems to be working.

We're massive fans of the strong-brow look around these parts: in fact, we say the fuller the better.

However, we had to raise, well raise an eyebrow to Lauren Goodger's makeup-free look when we spotted snaps of her leaving the gym earlier today.

Without her usual layers of slap – her brows were visible in all their natural (so to speak) state.

And wowsers are they seriously FIERCE.

However, it seems that online commentators we're not entirely supportive of the 29-year-old's striking style.

"Liam Gallagher called, he wants his eyebrows back," said one – with another suggesting: "Her eye-brows make her look as though she passed out at a stag party."

Of course, the former Towie star and businesswoman has lost a significant amount of weight throughout 2015, an achievement a third observer reckoned she could easily build on.

"She would lose another stone if she wiped them off!" they said lightheartedly.

We all know the drill: we wake up bright and early on Monday morning ready to embrace fruit, granola and poached eggs… only to be scoffing down a spice bag by Friday afternoon.

#shame

Yup, life is hard. But it's fine because there's always another Monday lurking on the horizon.

Now it has been revealed that the average yo-yo dieter is only motivated by looking at their mates anyway: a Forza Supplements study found that the main incentive for women to lose weight is… remaining thinner than a friend or sister.

And regardless of the triggers, by 30 we have spent an astonishing three YEARS on a diet. Oh and by 40, that will length of time will have increased to almost SIX YEARS.

That's a hell of a long time spent asking for your dressing on the side.

Indeed, the majority of Irish women will diet twice a year, on average losing about 4lbs through dieting alone.

And just why-oh-why do we spend so much of our 30s counting calories? Well, fear of middle-aged spread and gaining weight during pregnancy are both apparently at fault.

There IS light on the horizon though. Many woman tend to become comfortable with their figure by their 40s resulting in spending much less time dieting…

So here's to hitting 40!

Crowned as Slimming World's Woman Of The Year 2015, Cheryl Blythe defied medical advice to undergo weight loss surgery – in favour of simply adopting a healthier lifestyle.

The 33-year-old’s unhealthy lifestyle included skipping breakfast and feasting on her food of choice: a burger topped with doner kebab meat.

She regularly gorged on large chocolate bars, baguettes and cheesy chips – and would polish off a full pack of biscuits as a snack.

The mother-of-two was advised by doctors that she should consider a gastric band and that if she did not lose weight, she would be dead or at least confined to a wheelchair by aged 45.

On a day out with friends, Cheryl, who lives in Essex, realised just how much her weight affected her daily life.

Cheryl has now revealed: “My weight affected everything we did that day — my back was so painful, we had to keep stopping when we were walking so I could catch my breath, I couldn’t fit in some chairs because they were too small, and I felt like everyone was staring at me the whole time.”

Cheryl pinpoints her teenage pregnancy as the catalyst for her radical weight gain, which ballooned throughout her 20s.

“I knew my health wasn’t good and the things I heard from my doctor scared me, but I always prioritised other people.”

Following her transformation, Cheryl has lost 14st 3lb, reducing her weight from 24st 3lb to an amazing 10st.

And, as listed below, Ms  Blythe began her epic weight loss journey by swapping foods loaded with carbs and sugar with home cooked meals and sensible snacks…

Before

  • Breakfast – nothing.
  • Lunch – half a baguette filled with chicken and mayonnaise, a big bag of crisps and four chocolate bars.
  • Dinner – half-pounder cheese burger with doner meat on top and a portion of cheesy chips.
  • Snacks – large chocolate bars, share-size bags of crisps and whole packs of biscuits.

After

  • Breakfast – grilled lean bacon (visible fat removed), tomatoes and mushrooms with two poached eggs.
  • Lunch – jacket potato topped with home-made chilli con carne.
  • Dinner – home-made spaghetti Bolognese topped with 40g grated reduced-fat Cheddar cheese.
  • Snacks – fresh fruit, fat-free yoghurts, a small chocolate bar and an individual-sized bag of Walker's Quavers.

If someone told you by wearing a vest full of ice you would lose 500 calories a day, would you believe them? Em… Probably not.

But if NASA told you it's a completely different story, right? Well, an ice-packed vest has been developed by a NASA scientist, who claims exposure to cold is an effective way of burning excess calories.

Worn OVER a shirt, The Cold Shoulder, sits across the back and shoulders and is designed to be stored in the freezer. Users only wear it if they are sitting in a comfortable temperature, and NOT exercising.

Dr. wayne Hayes invented the new contraption and reports that the waistcoat extracts heat from your body, and in turn, you will lose more calories by trying to stay warm.

“The goal of The Cold Shoulder is to force you to burn calories at a time when you otherwise would not: sitting down, at rest, in a comfortable environment at room temperature.

"Scientists have spent decades studying how mild cold exposure can enhance calorie burn and the evidence has been accumulating,” Dr Hayes tells the Telegraph.

He is now trying to raise money on Kickstarter in order to bring the product to a wider audience and get the first batch of waistcoats into production.

Right now, the project has raised almost €85,000 since going live last week. Dr Hayes initially hoped to raise just €12,000, so it seems The Cold Shoulder could be on its way to us soon.

She regularly shuns Hollywood stereotypes – and says she'd never diet for a movie role.

But the intense on-set demands of The Hunger Games means that Jennifer Lawrence is currently rocking a super-streamlined look.

In Berlin yesterday as part of a promotional tour for Mockingjay Part 2, the 25-year-old actress was looking gorgeous in a pretty patterned tea-dress teamed with €1,100 Christian Louboutin ankle boots.

Jen is also still sporting platinum blonde locks – cut short into a choppy bob style.

Earlier this year, Ms Lawrence said that the constant pressure to look good and remain super-slim for movies really only applies to those actors who are desperate for parts, or to those who are up-and-coming in the industry.

"It’s more about the struggle for actors and actresses who have not made it to a certain place," she said. "There’s a lot of pressure."

Jennifer also quoted a friend who had told her: "All of the main movie stars aren’t very underweight," – a statement to which she replied: "Yeah, because once you get to a certain place, people will hire you.

"They just want you to be in the movie, so they don’t care."

We wouldn't have singled her out as a candidate for weight-loss, but super-slim Danielle Lloyd seemingly worries about the odd like bulge just like the rest of us.

But while we vow just to eat less cake, celebrities have a rather different approach.

Yes, the 31-year-old model took to Instagram recently to share with her fans her eye-catching Shrinking Violet shrinky suit.

Just getting my sexy on round the house thanks to @evolveinchloss for my shrinky suit the lengths us women go to

A photo posted by Danielle Lloyd (@missdlloyd) on

And while Ms Lloyd is clearly gorgeous, this is definitely one get-up that's best worn strictly only in the comfort of your own home.

Clad in a silver jacket and matching trousers, the mother-of-three playfully captioned the snap "just getting my sexy on round the house." She went on to thank @evolveinchloss for the item, adding: "The lengths us women go to."

The manufacturers say that after applying a ‘special solution’ to your problem areas you stick on the suit, wearing it for an hour.

"The solution is clinically proven to strip inches from the body, and instant results can be seen," it is claimed.

They add: "One kit provides enough treatments for an entire month, in which time it is possible to shed a whole dress size."

Danielle divorced footballer Jamie O'Hara last year. The father of her three young sons, it was reported at the time that he had been unfaithful.

However, recently Ms Lloyd has found love again: the former Playboy and Celebrity Big Brother star has been spotted out and about with handsome electrician, Michael O'Neil.

Whether it's a Saturday night blow-out or a few cheeky cocktails, a night of drinking can rack up far more calories than you might think.

Carb-heavy drinks, sugary mixers, post-pub chips… it all adds up.

If you're planning a night out this weekend but don't want to throw your clean-eating plans out the window, then it's important to plan ahead.

Being mindful of what you consume can go a huge way towards keeping you on track when it comes to dropping the pounds.

Here are a few tips to keep in mind…

1. Eat BEFORE you drink
Drinking on an empty stomach is NOT the way to lose weight, despite what you might think. Not only will it result in huge blood sugar spikes, but you'll get tipsier faster, meaning you're more likely to choose drinks and food that will send your diet flying out the window. Eat at least a light meal or a filling snack before you head out on the town.

2. Know your drinks
The cocktail menu can be a bit of a diet disaster – it's generally full of syrupy mixers and high calorie alcohol options. If you want a mixed drink, choose soda water or slimline tonic as your base. When it comes to beer, choose a low-carb or light version, or keep things simple with a glass of white wine or prosecco.

3. Water, water, water
Space out your drinking by ordering a glass of still or sparking water (whatever you prefer) with each drink, and not ordering your next round until the water is finished. Not only will you be inclined to drink far less, but by keeping hydrated you're already helping ease tomorrow's hangover.

4. Avoid mindless nibbing
Peanuts, finger food and bags of crisps are all readily available on a night out, but if they do show up on your table, it's time to get focused. Either say 'no' or sit somewhere where the food is out of arm's reach. If you have to lean over three people to get to those cocktail sausages, you'll find you'll eat far fewer of them.

5. Plan what you'll eat afterwards
If you're inclined to get the munchies after a night out, be one step ahead of your tipsy self. Either scope out late-night food joints nearby that have healthy options, or pre-prepare some guilt free snacks for when you arrive home, like carrot sticks and hummus or a bag of light popcorn. Convenience is key.

Most of us know the dieting drill at this stage – we start off with the best of intentions but give up within a few days.

Whether it's hunger, inconvenience or pure boredom, the fact is that most diets fail within just one week.

If you're trying to drop the pounds for a special event, or just embrace a healthier lifestyle in general, take note of the following reasons for failure – and learn to avoid them.

Reason 1
You're going for a crash diet
Juice, cabbage soup or even cayenne pepper and water… crash diets might seem like the perfect quick fix but they take extreme willpower. Not only that, but the moment you start eating "normally" again the weight will go right back on.

How to succeed
Accept that there's no fast track to losing weight, and serve your body better by making small changes towards a healthier lifestyle. Reduce your portion sizes, cut down on sugar, and choose filling, healthy meals that nourish – not deprive – your body.

Reason 2
You're an emotional eater

Yes, that diet seemed totally manageable on Monday morning when you were energised after a relaxing weekend. But if you find you often eat when stressed or tired, you can guarantee you'll be reaching for a quick sugar fix before the week is out.

How to succeed
Distance yourself from temptation by keeping a range of healthy and tasty foods nearby. And if you do falter and fall off the wagon, accept it and move on rather than taking one biscuit as a licence to finish the whole packet.

Reason 3
Many of your social events involve food

While it might be easy to stick to your clean eating plan when you're making dinner at home, it becomes far more difficult if you're out for a meal with friends, heading for a treat-filled trip to the cinema, or presented with a massive slice of apple tart by your granny.

How to succeed
Be open about your dieting goals and ask friends and family for support – the more accountable you are, the harder it is to fail. Think about other ways to interact with friends. Instead of meeting for coffee and cake, go for a walk or a browse around the shops.

Reason 4
You're hungry

Unless you've planned out your diet with a qualified nutritionist, chance are it's too low in certain nutrients or it's simply just not enough food. If you're starving come dinner time, portion control and mindful eating will go out the window.

How to succeed
Ensure your meals are full of healthy and satisfying foods like lean protein (eggs, chicken, fish, beans, lentils), fibre (fruit, vegetables) and healthy fats (avocado, nuts, seeds, olive oil). And instead of counting calories, aim for three tasty and nutritious meals each day.
