Let's face it – her transformation has been pretty dramatic – not to mention hugely impressive.

After years of being taunted as the "fat, ugly Kardashian sister," Khloe is definitely in the best shape of her life. 

She's shed a load of weight for one, but she also looks incredibly fit, toned and healthy.

And while the 31-year-old has previously opened up about her new-found love of exercise in the aftermath of the collapse of her marriage to Lamar Odom, she's now revealed her one, key diet secret.

Speaking to Sydney radio hosts Ryan Fitzgerald and Michael Wipfli on their breakfast show this morning, the reality TV star explained: "I made major cut-backs. I used to love soda, so I've cut out soda completely and I drink like ice tea or water."

She added: "I made that like a lifestyle change. If you do one thing a month and you cut something off little by little and then it just becomes a part of your life."

Khloe, who now seems to be dating another basketball pro – James Harden – also stated to say that she hates the word "diet".

"I don't believe in diets. I believe in lifestyle changes."

As for her fitspiration, she says she strives to be just like Beyonce, although when it comes to hair and makeup, she's surprisingly low-key.

In fact, Ms Kardashian says while she and her sisters have "hair and makeup people when we are filming," she definitely doesn't have a beauty team with her every day.

"I'm a pro at doing my own makeup but I do not know how to do my own hair," she said, explaining that her hair is too curly to manage on her own.

Still (and despite the fact she goes to the gym all the time), she makes one look last – wearing the same style for three days straight.

"I just won't wash my hair. I know how to fake it until I make it," she laughed.

She has undeniably transformed her appearance – shedding three stone through healthy eating and exercise. 

But despite her new-found body confidence, Vicky Pattison admits she's been weathering a serious sex drought recently… largely because she says she just can't find a man who meets her expectations.

“My love life has been s**t. I can’t even dress it up for you,” she told the Daily Star.

“A nun has been getting more action than me. I went nearly six months without sex until recently.

I went so long I almost forgot what it was like and what you did.”

However, the Geordie Shore star is happy to confirm that the situation has now been rectified: “I finally remembered the other week when I had what we’ll call a date, so you could say the dry spell is finally over.”

Ms Pattison, who has a best-selling fitness DVD to her name, went down five dress sizes last year and said this was something she kept in mind while amassing the collection.

I wanted to create a range that would suit all shapes and sizes, she said.

When was the last time you actually saw someone slip on a banana peel? Unless you’re watching an awful lot of old-school cartoons (no judgement here), then we doubt you’ve seen that happen in a while.

Probably because people are stocking up on banana peels as their new go-to food to help them with their weight-loss.

The banana peel is a staple in many Indian and Caribbean dishes, but otherwise the peel itself tends to get overlooked, and it shouldn’t according to the New York Post.

The peel is packed with valuable nutrients such as vitamin A, B vitamins and loads more antioxidants. Oh and fibre. Which can boost feelings of fullness and lower cholesterol.

The green peels are best for cooking, as they also contain probiotics and resistant starch: the “calorie-free carb”. Also, bananas are known for containing potassium, which can boost the amount of calories you burn and most of that is found in the peel.

So, no more tossing our poor under appreciated peels aside then. But, how do you actually go about eating the peel?

The yellow peels you’re probably most familiar with can be used in smoothies because they tend to taste sweeter than their green counterparts.

Green peels, which boast more weight-loss benefits can be used as potato susbstitues. Unusual, we know. 

After a quick Google search we found people are using them for a mashed potato substitute. So if you want to go low-carb, we suggest you check it out.

One of the easiest ways to try and include this yellow gem in your diet is banana tea. A slightly different take on the normal cuppa we crave after a long day, but packed with all the good things we need.

It’s very simple: cut off the stem and black end of a banana, put it in a pot with enough water to cover it and boil for 10 minutes. Strain it and drink as it is or add some milk.

We have all witnessed the insane body transformations of the Geordie Shore girls, Charlotte, Holly and Marnie.

So we can imagine that arriving in as the new girl and filming alongside these beauties while wearing a bikini in Greece would be pretty daunting.

Chloe Etherington, the newest member of the Geordie Shore cast, has admitted that she feels the pressure to lose weight because she just isn’t happy with how she looks and feels.

“I really hate my body at the moment and badly need to get back in shape and get rid of my jelly belly,” the 20-year-old reality star who currently weighs 11st has stated.

The former performing arts student who wants to get down to 9st 7lbs  said that her diet of “spaghetti Bolognese pizzas” in Greece was largely to blame for the rapid weight gain when she entered the show.

“I loved filming the new series of Geordie Shore in Greece but it was a disaster as far as my diet was concerned.”

Ms Etherington, who was a former figure skater, seems to suffer from a condition that a lot of us are familiar with – the stopping-for-chipper-after-a-night-out syndrome.

“My big problem is that I would binge eat late at night after we had been partying. I am terrible when I get mortal. When I am like that, I eat like a man. My favourite is spaghetti Bolognese pizza – that is lush.”

Chloe has been taking Forza’s raspberry K2s that were recommended to her by her trainer. She explained that they “take the edge off your appetite and give you a bit of added zip when you go back to the gym.”

Chloe said that they are helping to accelerate her weight loss and they have worked for other celebrities such as Chloe Goodman and Frankie Essex.

So once again it’s Monday – the ultimate day of good intentions and solid aspirations to change for the better.

But it you feel like you need a serious kick up the bum when it comes to your diet (especially if your weekend meals consisted of chipper, Eddies, pizza and noodles), there are a few simple steps that can make a real difference.

For one, it’s time to stock up on the following:

Fillet steak: Good quality beef – of which this country is awash – is great for giving you a dose of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a compound that studies have shown help to whittle your core. (PS for the more adventurous, kangaroo meat is also high in CLA).

Coconut flakes: So long as they’re unsweetened (check the label) they're loaded with medium-chain triglycerides that are burned as energy rather than stored like other fats. Hurrah!

Spinach: Studies have shown that a spinach-packed juice every morning can really help you shed weight. The reason? Thylakoids – which are found in abundance in leafy greens such as spinach. They help you to keep you full AND burn fat. Double-win.

Barley: Great for when you need a carb-hit but want to stay away from an entire loaf of Brennan’s batch bread. Barley just doesn’t get the praise it deserves, in fact. Stick it in a soup or casserole, or cook it on its own as an alternative to rice.

Cherries: We all know that staying up late is bad news for your waist-line – so get a really good night’s sleep by snacking on cherries. They’re a natural source of the sleep hormone melatonin – something which helps to regulate your hunger.

And if you're looking to lose weight fast, don’t forget about these gems either:

  1. Yogurt
  2. Tomato
  3. Balsamic vinegar
  4. Honey
  5. Almond butter
  6. Cinnamon
  7. Garlic
  8. Lime
  9. Coriander
  10. Dark chocolate

 

PLUS! Two easy-peasy sweet treats to try…

Crunchy energy bites
Mix together 3 tbsp honey, 175g uncooked barley, 50g chopped cherries, 4 tbsp almond butter, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon.

Roll into eight circles (like a biscuit), and place on parchment paper.

Then refrigerate for at least 20 minutes, before serving. 

Keep in a lunch box until you want more.

Chocolate-covered cherries
Break 30g of good-quality dark chocolate into a heatproof bowl.

Microwave for 15seconds before removing and stirring. Pop back in for ten seconds if required, and repeat until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

Then dip four/six whole cherries in the chocolate to coat.

Place on a plate and sprinkle with one generous tsp of coconut flakes.

Eat immediately!

Cheryl Fernandez Versini is no stranger to answering her fans social media messages.

While the messages the X Factor judge sends and receives are generally wholly positive, there are always the occasional messages criticising Cheryl in some way or another.

In this one particular Instagram post Cheryl gave a lengthy answer to a fan who claimed that the singer has become too skinny and called her a “bag of bones.”

The photo was one of many from Cheryl’s birthday week of surprises. The picture in question showed the I Don’t Care singer dining in a restaurant in Italy with a birthday cake in front of her.

The 32-year-old began her rant saying “I am so sick of tired of it being ok to call somebody to thin or “a bag of bones”!”

Mrs Fernandez Versini explains how she has been through a lot recently, with her husband’s father passing away. Although, she points out that she doesn’t need to justify herself to anyone.

While the former Girls Aloud singer was clearly offended by the comments, somehow we don’t think it will spoil her oh-so-fabulous and continuous birthday celebrations.

After the great news earlier this month that chocolate can actually be good for you, we have found something just as exciting.

Apparently, red wine can help you lose weight… and we are SO happy about this!

New research has found that an ingredient in berries and grapes can turn fat stored in your body, into calorie burning fat.

This ingredient, resveratrol (an antioxidant), can also be ingested by just eating the grapes and berries of course, but drinking some red wine in moderation does the trick nicely too.

In a study conducted by researchers at Washington State University, mice were fed high-fat diets and split into two groups: one was given resveratrol and the other wasn’t.

This was tested on mice in which researchers discovered that the group of mice given resveratrol gained about 40 percent less weight than the other group who weren’t.

The lead researcher in the study, Professor Min Du, explained how resveratrol works “They convert white fat into beige fat which burns lipids (fats) off as heat, helping to keep the body in balance and prevent obesity and metabolic dysfunction”

Sam Smith has been working extremely hard for the past few months to overhaul his image, and it’s definitely paying off.

At the Hyde Park BST Festival at the weekend, the singer showed off his new look and we think he looks amazing!

The 24-year-old was photographed hanging out backstage with Nile Rodgers of Chic at the festival and he was also joined by Cara Delavigne and her sisters.

He showed off his new bod in black skinny jeans and a matching shirt with a rain coat to finish off the look.

His past few months of hard work has consisted of a new fitness regime and a strict diet. He embarked on a journey to become healthier and skinnier with nutritionist Amelia Freer.

Sam has lost three stone overall and thanked Amelia Freer, the author of bestseller Eat Nourish Glow, for “changing his life”

He has followed a strict diet as laid out by Amelia and regularly posts pictures of food on Instagram using the #eatnourishglow hashtag.

Amelia is has quickly become one of the most well-known nutritionists and has also helped James Cordon and Boy George shed the pounds.

Some of Amelia’s main rules for her clients include:

  • No breakfast cereals
  • No biscuits, cakes, sweets
  • Alcohol in moderation
  • No more than two cups of coffee a day
  • Prepare your food from scratch

These tips may seem difficult to include in a busy lifestyle, but they clearly pay off if Sam is anything to go by.

Since shedding a significant amount of weight and dropping from a size 16 to a size 8, Charlotte Crosby has loved showing off her newly-slim physique. 

But the Geordie Shore star last night raised the bar; by posting a seemingly naked shot of her and her boyfriend, Mitch Jenkins, lying in bed together.

Saving her modesty is her beau's arm – which is strategically wrapped around her bust-line.

Significantly, the 25-year-old didn't caption the image, although fans were quick to offer their own commentary. 

"Too much," declared one, while another simply said: "Nope."

And although her rapid weight-loss was been criticised, Charlotte said this week that she's very happy with her figure.

Speaking to Closer magazine, she said: "I like being called too skinny. It's better than being called too fat! I know I'm not too skinny and I've lost weight healthily.

"It doesn't bother me what people say."

At 5ft 6in, the star now weighs 8st 7lbs, down from her previous weight of 11st.

Earlier this year, Charlotte and Mitch denied rumours that they were engaged. Mitch had taken to her girlfriend's Twitter account, jokingly posting: "OMG I SAID YES," along with ring and bride emojis. 

The pair were inundated with messages of congratulations before the situation was cleared up: "Soooooooooooo don't ever let you Boyfriend get your phone when your drunk," she said. "I'm not engaged."

The pair dated for 18 months before splitting last September. However, they reunited a few months later and been together since.

Comedy blockbuster Spy had its New York premiere last night and all eyes were on Melissa McCarthy as she hit the red carpet.

The actress looked amazing in a dress of her own design beside co-star Rose Byrne, who also starred alongside her in Bridesmaids.

Melissa's ivory dress showed off her curves to perfection… as well as her noticeably slimmer figure.

​The comedy actress recently shed 50 lbs through a high-protein and low-carb diet and you could really see the amazing results as she strutted her stuff last night.

Speaking about her weight loss recently, the actress said she is wary of passing on body image issues to her daughters, five-year-old Vivian and two-year-old Georgette.

"Sometimes I wish I were just magically a size 6 and I never had to give [my weight] a single thought…[but] I don’t beat myself up about it—it wouldn’t help and I don’t want to pass that on to my girls," she explained in a recent interview with Good Housekeeping.

This dress is part of her new line, Melissa McCarthy seven7, which launches online in August of this year.

Through this brand Melissa says she is hoping to empower women as this is a clothing line that is not just plus size, but all sizes. The collection will begin with a casual sportswear line and will then expand to a more contemporary line in 2016.

Melissa, who previously stated that designers refused to dress her, will include sizes four to 28 in her new range.

In the June issue of More the actress said she hopes to change people's perception of beauty. "There is just this weird thing about how we perceive women in this country. I would love to be a part of breaking that down," she admitted.

She is known as the former wild-child who was seriously tamed by motherhood – but Snooki's latest transformation took bystanders by surprise in New York yesterday.

The 28-year-old, who has two small children with husband Jionni LaValle, was promoting her new book, Strong Is the New Sexy: A Kick Ass Memoir.

For the launch, she wore a purple wrap-dress and metallic sandals, and accessorised with a statement silver necklace.

Her hair had been cropped into a shoulder-length bob, and was dyed jet-black. She kept her makeup simple – save for a strong layer of bright red lipstick. 

Snooki's book maps how she moved away from alcohol-fuelled parties and "her steady diet of nachos" to lose 20lbs and become fitter and trimmer than ever.

The reality TV star, whose real name is Nicole Polizzi, also gives her "formula for fierce" and says she hopes to inspire readers to "tap their own deep wells of girl power".

She has previously written a book on pregnancy. 

Yesterday, Ms Polizzi also took to Instagram after some negative reponses to the release of her most recent publication.

"What I did 6 years ago at 21 doesn't define who I am today," she said. "Nor will I take sh** from a stranger who doesn't know who I am. 

"Rise above the hate, the judgmental people, and live the best, healthy positive life that you can. Of course you are going to be a drunk slob at some point in your life, but you grow older and wiser and learn what's important in life. 

"I've done that and my kids are my world. I work out, I'm a strong, happy mom and I want to show you that you can change and become a better person."

Khloe has already publicly declared her admiration for Ms Knowles. Indeed, when the reality TV star saw the singer arrive at the high-profile social event in New York, she gushed: “I just got my motivation for the year!! Holy moly!! Yes!!!! I see you!!!! Shut it down…”

The 30-year-old Kardashian earlier this year revealed the secret to her weight-loss. “About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a form of therapy and as a stress reliever. I started slow and eventually I started working out four to five days a week,” she said.

“We all have to start somewhere and doing something is better than nothing at all. Start small so you don’t get discouraged and give up. Remember it is all about consistency.

“There are no quick fixes if you want long-term results. Working out is a huge part of my life now. I genuinely enjoy sweating out my frustrations and living a healthier life.”
