Rob Kardashian has hit back at trending ‘fat’ jibes aimed at his weight gain.

And his big sister Khloe is with him every step of the way!

Rob made a rare appearance at an LA airport on Sunday to fly out to Paris for sister Kim’s wedding – and his name has been trending on Twitter ever since.

But for all the wrong reasons!

Twitter trolls have posted countless nasty comments about the reality TV star’s appearance, with some saying he should be “ashamed” of the way he looks.

“so i found out i was trending for being fat… thank you all it really made my day :)” Rob tweeted.

He continued, “first, i don’t believe in rehab or therapy or anything of that sort and second I’m a grown man and will work on myself when i choose

“I’m aware that I’m fat that def aint a surprise to me lol and my only therapy will be in the gym anyways had to say somethingggggggggg,” he wrote.

Never one to mince her words, protective sister Khloe took to Twitter to defend her little brother.

“You should be ashamed of yourself. Your words are cutting deeper than you know and are possible (sic) leaving lifetime scars!” she wrote.

“What shallow souls you are…Grow up!” she added.

The 27-year-old’s weight gain has skyrocketed to a reported 260 pounds, with momager Kris Jenner pleading with her son to get help after doctors told him he was at high risk of developing diabetes and eventual organ failure.

Let’s hope Rob finally gets the help he needs!

Jessica Simpson proves she has been working out hard these last few months – and she’s proud!

The mum of two uploaded this image to her Instagram account with the caption: “These are my legs during a workout today! I’m proud of myself.”

Jessica showed off her weight loss through Weight Watchers only a few months ago, but it seems she didn’t stop there.

It’s good to see that she is proud of herself for all of the hard work – but Jessica has always been perfect to us!

Jennifer Lopez has revealed that she now eats a vegan diet – and she’s loving it!

The singer was speaking on a New York radio station when she admitted that she has now given up eating meat and dairy products: “Being vegan, it’s basically no dairy, no meat, everything is plant based and from the ground. Butter is the one thing I miss!”

We can’t say we blame you, Jen.

Jennifer also praised her new diet, saying she feels great: “You do feel better. I do recommend the vegan diet because you wake up and feel great!”

The singer looks absolutely amazing and is a mum to six year-old twins, Max and Emme.

You’re doing everyhting you should be doing; eating healthily, exercising and still you can’t seem to lose those few pounds.

Well, maybe one of these reasons could be why!

1. Stress
Stress can cause you not to lose weight as it causes fat storage and increases appetite. Try to spend 10 minutes each day relaxing and calming through meditation.

2. Eating “healthy”
Sometimes you may think you are eating healthy, but in fact are not. Just because a yoghurt says it is “fat-free”, doesn’t mean there is not sugar in it. Make sure to read your food labels thoroughly.

3. Weekend waste
If you eat healthy Monday through Friday and then binge all weekend on take-away and alcohol, you are wasting all of your week’s work. Try to strike a happy medium or have a “cheat meal” rather than a “chat day”.

4. Skipping breakfast
Breakfast kick-starts your metabolism for the day and you shouldn’t underestimate the power of this when it comes to weight-loss.

5. Just cardio
Only doing cardio may be another reason you have plateued in your weight-loss. Try to mix up and vary your work-outs so that you incorporate fat-burning weight exercises too.

Sometimes it can be hard to give up our favourite vices like sweets or buttery toast.

How about, instead of completely giving them up, you can find alternatives that won’t ruin your healthy eating regime.

So why not swap…

1. A latte for an americano
You will save lots of calories by choosing an americano, as well as hidden sugars that are found in those flavoured syrups we all love.

2. Salt for spices and fresh herbs
Flavouring your food naturally will not only taste better but you will beat the bloat by cutting down on your salt intake.

3. Sugar for maple or agave syrup
Sugar is renowned for it’s bad and addictive effects on the body so why not try and sweeten your dishes with alternatives such as maple or agave syrup?

4. Butter for nut butter or avocado
Nut butter is a fantastic alternative to butter. Mash some avocado on your toast, sprinkle with some pepper and you’ll never need butter again.

5. Crisps for popcorn
Popcorn is a great alternative to crisps. However, we’re not talking about the cinema kind here so why not try pop your own?

6. Sweets and jellies for fruit
We know this sounds unlikely. However, if you chop up a bowl of raspberries, mango and strawberries, we doubt you’ll miss those sweets much!

7. Potato for sweet potato
Sweet potatoes are a much more beneficial alternative to regular potato. Try mashing them or making wedges.

8. Mayo for greek yoghurt
Yoghurt is a much lighter alternative to mayo and works perfectly well as an alternative.

9. White or milk chocolate for dark chocolate
Dark chocolate has much more antioxidants than white or milk chocolate.

10. Cream-based sauces for tomato-based sauces
Sauces with a tomato base will have a lower fat content than creamy sauces.

Losing weight does’t have to be all boiled chicken and steamed broccoli.

Here are some easy tips to cut extra calories without even noticing.

1. Take the stairs
At every opportunity!

2. Skip the public transport
Get the walking shoes on

3. Eat off smaller plates
You’ll still get full

4. Don’t drink your calories
Stick with water

5. Eat at the dinner table
Avoid mindlessly eating more than you need

6. Instead of going for a drink with your friend, go for a walk
Much healthier!

7. Bring snacks in your bag
Such as nuts, oat cakes etc. to avoid sneaking into the siopa

8. Drink a glass of water before each meal
It will fill you up slightly before you even start! You’ll be surprised by how much of your hunger is actually thirst.

9. Homemade is best.
Be it popcorn, chocolate treats or granola bars. Get creative in the kitchen!

10. Eat a larger, substantial meal for lunch and a smaller lighter meal for dinner
You’ll feel less bloated in the morning.

Vanessa Hudgens has spoken about her weight gain for her role as Apple in new movie Gimme Shelter. Gaining over a stone to play the role, Vanessa described how she was uncomfortable with her figure.

Vanessa is often seen attending pilates classes and is known to enjoy reformer pilates.

The role as Apple had a profound effect on Vanessa as she described to The View how she fully immersed herself into the role, perhaps a bit too much, “All I saw in the mirror was this character … I didn’t feel comfortable in this body cause I gained all the weight”.

Just over one hundred days ago, Lakeisha Shurn decided that she wanted to change her life.

Being overweight had left her with low self esteem and a lack of confidence so she decided to do something about it.

Every day she filmed herself working out in the gym and with the help of her friend she created this inspiring video.

Lakeisha hopes that it will “open a door for others who are trying and can’t seem to get anywhere.”

However, the inspirational woman is not quite finished. Thanking her supporters on Reddit, she said: “The next 100 days will show just how far I’ve come. And, the next 200 days will prove just how strong I truly am.”
