The Blink 182 drummer has opened about their relationship after a photograph of the pair shared on social media sparked massive speculation about their romance.

The rocker told E! News: "We actually share a lot of the same tastes in music. Little did I know, she likes punk rock a lot, I love that. I was raised on it, you know."

Travis split from his wife Shanna Moakler in 2009 after five years of marriage. The pair have two children together, Landon, 11, and Alabama, 9.

A representative for Travis has apparently told TMZ that the pair are an item despite only meeting in LA two weeks ago.

The Mirror reports a source saying, "Rita sought him out and gave him her info. They have been together every day since."

Travis also told E! that both he and Rita, 24, are huge fans of Halloween, so does this mean they might be going the matching route when it comes to costumes?

The 39-year old seemed pretty excited about the prospect when he told reporters, “Possibly, yeah!"

Travis previously dated a UFC ring girl, Arianna Celeste after he and Shanna’s highly publicized divorce.

Meanwhile, Rita has been sparking plenty of rumours about her love life since she and Ricky Hilfiger, son of Tommy, broke up in July.

They had been together for a year.

X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez Versini has said that she thinks she is a “low maintenance” type of gal, but she is also prone to shouting when she gets into arguments.

However, she did explain that she doesn’t lose her head over the smaller things:

“I've learnt how to express my feelings in a calm way, even if I do want to shout. And if I shout? You know it's bad. But I save it for the big things – I never lose it over the toilet seat being left up."

Good to know! The 32-year old was chatting with InStyle magazine about her marriage. When asked what being married to the her is like, the Geordie had some interesting comments:

“I think I'm low maintenance, but maybe I'm deluded… My day gets planned in advance all the time, so I’m like. ‘Oh, actually change that. We can’t meet tonight’.”

She also discussed the attention her physical appearance has been receiving of late. Cheryl thinks there is a “crazy” double standard when it comes to body image.

“You'd never be allowed to say to somebody, 'Oh, you look a bit fat.

And being overweight is unhealthy – it's actually a bad message to tell someone who is obese that they look 'curvy' or 'great'.”

She added that after being in the media for so long now, she doesn’t think there’s anything said about her that she hasn’t already heard.

Cheryl admitted that while she’s developed a thicker skin surrounding the attention she gets in the media, and when it comes to those toilet seat discussions- she thinks she needs to toughen up on the X Factor.

"I’m like a sponge and I’m too sensitive. It was making us ill with stress and worry.

People think, 'Oh, she's sitting there in a pretty dress,' but I get so wrapped up in the arguments that the contestants are having. It affects me."

X Factor host Olly Murs is said to be heartbroken after splitting from girlfriend of three years Francesca Thomas.

According to The Sun, the pop star and his property manager girlfriend have called it quits as their hectic work schedules made it difficult to juggle both their relationship and their careers.

A source is being quoted as saying: "The split has just happened and it is very raw for Olly, he still feels numb.”

Apparently Olly had been aware that their relationship would struggle as he always put his career first and the source added: "Now, with X Factor and his singing on the go, that's exactly what has happened."

The 31-year old had previously joked that his girlfriend was not a fan of his new physique. Speaking Fabulous magazine, Olly noted that Francesca wasn’t overly thrilled with his new slimmed down appearance:

"The missus doesn't like six-packs, so she's not a big fan. She misses the comfort belly, something to snuggle up to!"

His new healthy lifestyle came as a result of working out with a personal trainer four times a week and ditching takeaways for healthier meals in the run up to the new X Factor series.

The pair were together for three years and their alleged split has apparently come as quite a surprise:

"They worked so hard to keep their relationship strong, all their friends are stunned they couldn't make it work. Olly has kept himself busy with work to distract himself and took himself on a lads night out to see One Direction.”

As of yet, neither Olly or Francesca have commented on their relationship.

According to certain reports, Mayo native Louis Walsh is set to make a big return to X Factor in order to help the show out of the ratings slump is has hit this year.

After being part of the show for ten years, this year he was left out of the judges panel line-up but apparently he would still 'sit in a special place' separate to the judging panel. The highly-anticipated panel this year has seen viewers fall by one million so far.

Louis Walsh

Mail Online reports that ITV bosses are planning a huge shake-up in order to bring some viewers back to the series, one of these is possibly a change in the judging panel. The Sun also reported that Simon Cowell doesn't feel the same about the show without Louis being a part of it.

"Louis could annoy a lot of people, but he was brilliant at creating the drama required to make a show like X Factor worked," a source told the paper. While X Factor boss Richard Halloway was has been quoted as saying:

"[X Factor] will have a finite life span. But I think you then rest it, then you bring it back.

Viewing habits have changed enormously, especially in the last couple of years… we all got to appreciate that and kind of consider it more," he added.

Meanwhile Louis, 63, has declined to comment on the reports but is said to address the speculation before the weekend. He has already said this year that he feels the show is lacking something. Namely himself and Dermot O'Leary, of course:

"Simon's got a new face himself, he wanted younger faces so he hired them. I think Dermot’s missed big time. I really do. I think the older people like me and Dermot."

This year X Factor has gone through more changes than we can keep up with; between judges swaps and contestants walking out there has been a lot of news surrounding the singing competition.

However, the latest report from the series is probably one of the biggest changes to date for contestants and audiences. We’re not entirely thrilled with the news either, but with the way things are going it could all change tomorrow.

Despite talks attempting to set up the judge’s houses segments as this year’s big twist, it seems that instead the judge’s houses portion won’t be broadcast at all.

According to certain reports, Simon Cowell and his team decided that attempting to show the judge’s houses live would have been too difficult logistically.

The big twist will come in the form of the contestants being told their fate weeks after they spent some time lounging in swanky south of France mansions.

The results of their judges’ houses performances will be revealed live at Wembley in October.

Talking about the changes a source has apparently told the Sun that this is an embarrassing moment for the series.

“The team have had to admit they just won’t be able to pull it off. Realistically there were too many things that could have gone wrong and if it all went to pot on live TV it would have been disastrous.”

While it is a shame we won’t be getting to see any real live performances any time soon there is at least going to be one tension-building moment for audiences to look forward to.

Chat show host and general funny man Graham Norton has voiced his displeasure with one famous singing competition.

The 52-year old blasted the X Factor saying the series has “lost its credibility”. The BBC star admitted that he has not lost faith in all reality competitions as he still tunes into Strictly Come Dancing.

Strictly is the X Factor’s biggest rival, and has come under fire in recent months after making changes to the judges’ panel as well as the hosts.

Graham revealed he hasn’t been tuning in “for the past few years because it just seems so long now- it’s endless.”

The TV star also commented on the talent which the show brings in, or lack thereof:

“The people aren’t very good, so to all the judges’ comments of, I’d buy your album tomorrow’ you think, ‘You’re never having an album. You wouldn’t throw 50p at them if they were busking in the Tube’.”

Compared to previous years where the X Factor managed to pull in around 9 million viewers, this year the show is facing a decrease in two million. This year the series' opening episode was the lowest-rated since 2006.

Simon Cowell may have to retract his comment from earlier this year when he boasted the show would beat Strictly with this year's ratings:

"This show does feel better, the talent’s great, they’re interesting, so if it’s us versus Peter Andre, I’m going to put my money on us."

The Mirror claims a source for the show has hit back at Graham's comments:

“I’m surprised to hear these comments given that The X Factor is the only TV show which has produced credible artists, including One Direction , Little Mix, Olly Murs and Ella Henderson, as well as the anticipated releases from Ben Haenow and Fleur East from last year’s series."

They also added that once 'catch-up' viewers are taken into account that almost 10 million people have viewed some episodes so fat this year.

Speaking with Radio Times in an interview Graham also admitted that there is one other TV series that he will be tuning in to watch. When asked about his viewing habits regarding his own chat show he responded

“If I’m in I’ll watch it when it’s on, and I’ll definitely watch it along the line. If I haven’t bothered to watch it, why would anybody else?”

It seems there is a lot of fighting on the X Factor this year – and this time it's between the judges.

New X Factor judge Nick Grimshaw has ridiculed Rita Ora's judging on the reality TV show, even though they're meant to be BFFs.

Harsh Nick.

The 31 year-old has been seen mocking the singer for her frequent misuse of clichés on the show.

Her latest blunder saw the 24 year-old claim it's impossible to "read a book by its cover" while critiquing an act.

Nick said: "''Last night (sunday), this one really took the biscuit. Read a book by its cover? That's not right – it's judge a book by its cover. She gets her analogies just a little bit confused.''

The BBC Radio 1 Breakfast Show host said that there is more unfortunate misquotes to come.

''It's yet to come on the show but I remember in the auditions (when she said) 'I feel like a fish that has jumped out of the water and has been run over.'"

''I said, 'Do you mean a fish out of water?'"

And Nick isn't the only one blasting Rita on the show, as she has been slammed by insiders as having "nothing useful to say", reports the Irish Mirror.

Even viewers of the show agree as she appears to be making a lot of slip ups, including asking if Newcastle is in Britain.

One viewer wrote on Twitter: "no way did rita ora ask if newcastle was part of england, I'm losing the will to live"

While another added: "rita ora just asked whether Newcastle was a British place… NO ONE CAN BE THIS STUPID I'M SORRY"

It seems that there will be a lot of back-and-forward bickering to come on the show, but back with the judges, Rita isn't the only one Nick is having problems with.

He has also ridiculed Cheryl for her inappropriate use of the word "literally".

''I like it when Cheryl says literally, but then what she says isn't literally."

"Like she says, 'You literally blew the roof off Wembley.' But they didn't blow the roof off Wembley. did they? Or, 'You literally blew me away.' 'But they didn't really blow you away Cheryl.''

It seems like there might be more action with the judges this year than the contestants!

X Factor judge Cheryl Fernandez- Versini is said to be travelling between Newcastle and London to deal with a personal family matter.

According to a source for The Sun on Sunday:

“Cheryl’s been going through a great deal of stress recently and has been left very upset over this matter.”

They added that she is “putting on a brave face and trying to focus on work as much as she can to take her mind off things.”

While Cheryl has chosen not to address the situation publicly, the outlet reports that she has “been going through a great deal of stress recently and had been very upset over his matter.”

The 32-year old has recently been citing the death of her father-in-law as a reason for her dramatic weight loss. The pop star was faced with heavy criticism surrounding her physical appearance when she appeared on the red carpet for the first time after he passed away.

Earlier this month she hit back at those who shamed her and said that body shaming should be made illegal.

“Body shaming has to stop. Something has to be done, changed, even if it’s done in law.”

While at the time she said she was “very happy and very healthy,” this recent news would suggest otherwise.

There is as of yet still no official comment from the singer's representatives on the matter.

Of late the X Factor has come under a lot of criticism about how authentic their audition process actually is.

Since the latest series has begun to air, there have been plenty of accusations saying that the singing competition is fixed.

Shianne Phillips, whose audition appeared on the series last Saturday has now said that her audition was “staged” and extremely “edited”. She spoke to FLIC about what exactly happened behind the scenes of her performance.

She took to the stage to perform Whitney Houston’s I Have Nothing but did not make to the next round. She has now said:

"It's staged. They posted around 30% of my performance, and it was edited to look entirely different from how it really was.”

She continued that she actually received multiple standing ovations and it was actually the judges, Simon and Rita, who were being booed by the audience.

"I sang two songs and received four standing ovations. I was forced to sing the Whitney song and was told if I sang the song, I would get through. I had actually chosen four other songs instead."

The other song which she sang was Homeless, a Leona Lewis track: "Cheryl was going crazy, cheering and clapping over her head. She was saying, 'Yes, yes, this is it'.”

She added: "I received two standing ovations when I sangHomeless, and the audience was booing Simon and Rita.

"The entire arena of 5,000 people were chanting, 'Shianne, Shianne, Shianne' for ages, along with, 'Say yes, say yes'.”

Obviously Shianne is none too pleased with how her X Factor experience went, as she referred to the show as the Fix Factor.

Apparently the royal family are just like the rest of us! They love watching TV too, we knew it couldn’t be all grand tea parties and walks with the corgis.

Queen Elizabeth is a massive Downton Abbey fan, obviously.

According to the Telegraph the Queen “loves Downton Abbey”. However, she also “likes to spot historical mistakes” in the series.

Brian Hoey, the author of At Home with the Queen revealed that the series came up in conversation with a worker at Buckingham Palace.

“We were talking about Trooping the Colour and how the Queen always notices if anything is not quite right, such as one young officer she spotted wearing his medals in the wrong order not long ago.”

The eagle-eyed royal also takes this attention to detail to her favourite television shows too:

“She loves watching Downton Abbey and pointing out things they have got wrong, partly because she is familiar with Highclere Castle, where it is filmed. She used to stay there as a guest of the Carnarvon family.”

Amongst the royal family the Queen is not the only Downton fangirl. Kate Middleton is apparently also a “huge” fan and makes William watch it with her.

While Prince Charles is apparently said to not be as keen on Downton the Queen also has some other favourites to choose from.

In 2011 she was reported to have told Mary Byrne, a former X Factor contestant, that she has her staff record every episode.

After competition hopeful Josh Daniel’s performance on the X Factor moved judges to tears, Simon Cowell has admitted that he found the show particularly difficult to watch.

Simon revealed that after the death of his mother, Julie, who had passed away only days before the audition took place, the performance Josh gave was a painful reminder of the famous judge’s mom.

He was left in tears after Josh took to the stage to perform the song Jealous.

The 55-year old music mogul explained that he found it extremely difficult to watch himself become so emotional on screen when the episode aired.

'When I watched it on the show, it was very difficult to watch back, but that's just what happens when you make one of these shows. Of course, it brought it all back,” he said.

According to The Sun, Simon has insisted he didn’t want to audition to be cut from the show and felt that ultimately it was the producers’ decision whether or not to leave it in the episode.

'They were very cautious about showing the footage to me in the first place for obvious reasons.

But then you've got to take your personal hat off and put on your producer's hat, because what happened and it's not fair on the contestant not to show it.”

He explained that the moment was very “raw” and it did take him back to a painful moment in his life. Ultimately though he said:

“You can’t censor stuff like that… It’s not fair on the contestant not to show it.”

Josh, 21, chose to sing the Labrinth song in memory of his friend from school Thomas who passed away in 2013.
