Take a look inside Ryan Tubridy’s amazingly swish €1.3m Dublin pad
Ryan Tubridy has decided it's time to move on from his plush period home in upmarket Monkstown.
The Late Late Show host bought the house with his former flame, Aoibhinn Ni Shuilleabhain, more than two years ago, but 12 months later they pulled the plug on their relationship.
Now the swish pad is on the market for a cool €1.275m, selling through estate agent, Turley Property.
Single Ryan, 42, said he decided to pack up because he realised the house is a bit too big for him.
“Not long after I went in I realised it was bigger than I needed, it was too much. I need something cosier," he told the Irish Mirror.
“This house is suited to a growing family.”
The abode features a master bedroom with en-suite, a huge country-style kitchen and grand stone hallway, as well as a stunning view across Dun Laoghaire harbour.
