‘Chuffed’: Take That star reveals he’s set to become a dad again
It's been a busy year for Take That star Howard Donald, who is expecting a baby with his new wife, just eight months after getting married.
Howard's wife Katie Halil is three months pregnant with the couple's first child, he revealed this evening.
Taking to Twitter to share the happy news, the singer wrote, "I have some amazing news to share with you all…. Katie and I are having a baby!so proud of my beautiful wife and can't wait for the newest member of our family to arrive."
The newlyweds are "both chuffed," a friend told The Sun today, minutes before Howard shared the news on social media.

Howard is no doubt already well versed in what fatherhood entails, as he has two other children from previous relationships: 16-year-old Grace with his ex Victoria Paddington and 10-year-old Lola with Marie-Christine Musswessels.
And speaking on The Jonathan Ross Show earlier this year, the 47-year-old seemed certain a baby was on the cards for him and Katie. "I think that’s inevitable. I’ve already got two children, but it’ll happen," he admitted.
Howard and Katie tied the knot back in January at an intimate ceremony of just 140 guests at Aynhoe Park, a stately home in Northamptonshire, England. Among the guests at the top-secret wedding were Howard's bandmates Mark Owen, Gary Barlow and even Jason Orange, all of whom enjoyed fish and chips washed down with bubbly at the luxury venue.
Former Take That star Robbie Williams also welcomed a son with wife Ayda Field back in November, so there will be plenty of future pop stars ready to follow in their dads' footsteps.
Wonder if Howard will take a leaf out of Robbie's book and live-blog the whole birth? We hope not…
