There is now a CHOCOLATE that can relieve period cramps

We generally tend not to require an excuse to stuff our faces with chocolate, but if it’s actually doing some GOOD for our bodies, then we are all ears.

A Swiss company has just given our lives new purpose, by unveiling a new type of chocolate specifically designed to relieve period pain.

‘Frauenmond’ (which literally translates as ‘woman’s moon’) is the brainchild of internationally acclaimed chef Marc Widmer, who just ‘wants to make the menstruation days of women more comfortable’.

What a love.

This isn’t some elaborate marketing scheme or scam, either; Frauenmond chocolate has been specially crafted to have a ‘calming’ effect on the body.

According to local media outlet 20 Minuten, the secret behind this revolutionary treat is that it contains 17 herbs, plucked from the breath-taking Swiss mountains. When these herbs mix with particular molecules in the chocolate, they combine to alleviate those nasty cramps, aches and pains.

Made by Swiss brand Chocolate with Love, Frauenmond has been hailed as ‘the first healthy chocolate for women’.
