Rest easy ladies, as Tom Hardy isn’t married. Well, not yet, anyways.

Tom broke the hearts of many women this week, when he referred to his fiancé, Charlotte Riley as his “wife”. This led to speculation that the 36-year-old actor had gotten married in secret.

“Well my wife is an actor as well so she sort of gets it. Apart from that, I’m a pain in the ass really. You know what I mean? Like any other boyfriend. Isn’t that part of being in a relationship?”

But a source close to the couple said that Tom and Charlotte are not married, even if he likes to call her his wife.

But don’t get your hopes up too much, as the couple is still very much engaged and loved-up.
