TV star blasted for calling Sam Smith ‘fat’ and ‘ugly’
This is just way, way too far! TV star and radio personality, Howard Stern has been blasted for branding UK singing sensation, Sam Smith “an ugly motherfu**er”…when describing why he likes him so much. Eh?
The radio show host was describing Sam when he came up with some less-than-pleasant reasons as to why he admires him: “You know what I like about that guy? He’s an ugly motherfu**er. He’s fat.”
He then went on to say that Sam seems effeminate, saying: “Is he gay? He looks gay to me, not that anybody looks gay, but he does seem effeminate. I like that he’s chubby and gay. That’s why I love him.”
Wow – and how could Sam possibly be offended by your list of things you love about him, Howard? Replying to the cruel words, Sam decided to take the high road and simply tweeted: “Can’t believe what I’ve just read … Ignore.”

We love that he isn’t letting people get him down – there’s a lot of cruel people to put up with when you reach the top it would seem!
Sam is currently nursing a broken heart after his relationship with boyfriend of two months, Jonathon Zeizel came to an abrupt end last week.
