Uh-oh: Kerry Katona’s husband is ‘arrested for carjacking and theft’
They’ve been married for less than a year, but Kerry Katona, 34, and George Kay have already had to weather their fair share of storms.
In June he was rushed to hospital with a suspected stroke (this was later ruled out by doctors).
And earlier this summer amid rumour of an impending divorce, 35-year-old Mr Kay moved out of the home he shares with his wife, their toddler daughter, and her four other children.
However, they’ve since patched up their differences – though one revelation made in a newspaper this morning may throw a spanner in the works.
Yes, The Sun reports that George was in fact arrested last month along with three other men. Currently still on bail, it is alleged that the group carjacked a Mercedes, subsequently making off with two bags of jewellery.
The publication adds that Kerry was completely unaware of the incident and that she will now be "heartbroken".

This morning the reality TV star tweeted a message about "choosing your words wisely," but in a laterpost denied that her sentiments had any real meaning.
Police in England have said in statement: "A 35-year-old man from South Oxfordshire was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery on July 25. He has been released on police bail until August 20."
There has been no official response from Ms Katona herself.
