Urban Decay is launching a GAME OF THRONES makeup collection
Calling all fans of the now iconic HBO fantasy series Game of Thrones – the long-running show has just had a major homage paid to it.
Urban Decay, one of the most innovative makeup brands out there, has teamed up with the mediaeval epic to launch a collection inspired by the women of Westeros.
The line glorifies the Seven Kingdoms, it's battles and it's legends, and it will be released alongside the final season of the show – due to air on April 14th.
According to Urban Decay: 'We’ve partnered with HBO to create the Urban Decay | Game of Thrones collection, inspired by our favourite places in Westeros and the strong women of the Seven Kingdoms.'
'From the shores of Dragonstone to the frozen lands beyond the Wall, this collection will let you create looks inspired by House Stark, House Targaryen, House Lannister, and the White Walkers.'
The collection includes cheek tints, makeup brushes and lipsticks – but the trophy piece has got to be the Game of Thrones Eyeshadow Palette.
The palette features eyeshadows that would be used in House Stark, House Targaryen, House Lannister, and by the White Walkers all in one inclusive palette – and the packaging includes a pop-up iron throne, making it the ultimate display piece for a mega-fan.
The palette has sixteen shades of eyeshadow, so a quad per theme, plus one additional highlight shade per House.
Four lipsticks also pay homage to the Houses – named Daenerys, a blood red metallic, Sansa, a neutral baby nude, Cersei, a metallic brown and White Walker, a rich burgundy.
It's a given that we've all wanted to look as stunning as the Mother of Dragons at some point – and UD is launching a highlight and cheek palette to get Daenerys Targaryen's inner glow (without having to sit in a fire with a dragon egg.)
The Mother Of Dragons Highlight Palette has three buttery shades to flatter all skin types – and each shade is named after one of Daenerys' beloved dragons.
If you want to be the first to get your hands on the line in time to create some GoT-inspired looks for your new season binge session – you can sign up to the waiting list now.
