Venturing outside this weekend? Bring sunglasses AND an umbrella
The weather has been completely gorgeous lately, and the bright conditions are expected to remain for most of the weekend.
However, according to Met Eireann, the sunny weather will be accompanied by patches of rain across the country today.
There will be a 'mixture across the country today between sunny, blue skies and cloudy conditions with patchy drizzle.'

'Highest temperatures 13 to 17 degrees in fresh easterly winds, easing later.'
Moving into Sunday however, temperatures are set to soar, reaching 20 degrees in some parts.
'A dry, fine day with sunny spells in all areas and clear, sunny skies for some.'
Mostly dry today, but cloudier conditons bringing the risk of drizzle on S coast. Highs 14 to 16 deg, fresh E winds easing later today.
