We are seriously in awe of Beyoncé after her latest revelation!

So that's how she does it!

Beyoncé treated her fans to a behind the scenes insight into her life last night, when she posted an Instagram video detailing her gruelling exercise routine.

The singer posted a sped-up video showing five of the key exercises she does to maintain that amazing figure, from abs exercises, to high-intensity boxing, to some pretty incredible lunges.

We are tired after just watching that!

Bey's post was part of Michelle Obama Let's Move campaign, and was captioned "Celebrating the 5th anniversary of Let's Move! #GimmeFive @michelleobama." Michelle also re-grammed Bey's post, writing, "Double tap if you're ready to work out with @Beyonce#GimmeFive of your workout drills (or you'll disappoint the Beygency)."

The singer has been involved in Michelle's youth fitness initiative since the very beginning – in fact, you might remember THIS viral video from 2011, which saw  Bey surprise a group of high school students as they performed the official Let's Move dance to her song Get Me Bodied.

Some serious motivation there! Get moving, ladies!
