What exactly is Miley smoking in that Instagram picture?
Miley Cyrus has went through a drastic change since her days as Hannah Montana and she seems to be getting more out there everyday.
Last night Miley posted a photo of herself smoking what looks like more than just a regular cigarette and her followers were quick to spot this.
This is all completely different to the All-American girl image she was portraying for years as her character of Hannah Montana on the Disney Channel and as a popular country music singer.
The daughter of country music singer, Billy Rae Cyrus, has been extremely controversial posting topless pictures to her social media account and she now has a bit of a wild girl reputation for herself.
Miley also frequently posts pictures of her Happy Hippy movement which supports young members of the LGBTA community and young homeless people.
She is certainly aware of her crazy carry on as her Instagram bio suggests if you can't handle her like this, go follow her Happy Hippy account. "if yiew get tired of da fweakyness go 2 @happyhippiefdn happyhippieCHANGES lives of homeless/LGBT youth!"
Miley's older brother Trace is also a musician but this week has had to cancel a concert in Canada over health concerns.
Trace told fans he had been suffering from "severe anxiety and panic attacks" and that he was embarrassed he had to cancel the concert.
