Our FAVE Gilmore Girls boyfriend is confirmed for Netflix revival

Whether you are team Dean, team Jess or team Logan (is anyone really team Logan?), we just want to see as many of Rory's love interests make an appearance in the upcoming revival as possible.

Just a matter of weeks after it was confirmed that Matt Czuchry would be reprising the role of Logan in the Netflix reboot, Milo Ventimiglia dropped this bomb on us.

Yes, being firm members of team Jess, we can confirm he will be returning to Stars Hollow and it will be amazing.

Just because we can see no other ending for Rory other than with Jess, we would still love to see Jared Padalecki make a triumphant return as Dean, just for the inevitable ensuing drama obvs.

Three months back, Netflix closed a deal with Warner Bros. for a limited-series revival of Gilmore Girls written by series creator Amy Sherman-Palladino and executive producer Daniel Palladino.

Additionally reports suggested that revival would consist of  90-minute episodes. Which is practically the length of a film. So really, we’re getting four Gilmore Girls films! Kind of, but it’s exciting to think of it that way.

But in a cool twist, the show's creator, Amy Sherman-Palladino has revealed that the four parts will take place over a year, with each episode set during a different season.

A contract dispute with Warner Bros back in 2006 meant that Amy had to bow out of writing the show's final season, and so she never got to create the perfect ending for Lorelai and Rory.
